Worse experience ever!!! Stay away there name you for there small team!!! Flowers arrived at 7pm what a joke man, wife was in bed and the flowers was flat and chocolates melted. NEVER EVER AGIAN WILL WE USE THIS SERVICES, I want a full refund and wil be lodging a formal complaint!!!
I have been in contact with Luthando Maas, who has given me terrible service, he blatantly ignores my emails, and when he does respond he still does not give me a resolution that is required. I surely hope he gets the training he requires as this is not how you deal with clients or provide a service I have an outstanding account and made a payment on the 29/04/2022, yet the account has been sold to Nimble Collections who has no recollection of the payment of 1.200r that I made. I have been callling HTN attorneys, they either drop the line and say they will get ack yet no one does. I email there customer services and the above agent and no reply whatsoever. Eventally when he replied after me saying i refuse to pay the account until I have proof the payment has been allocated and a new statement is provided he then replies saying that the account is still with HTN attorneys and they will be collecting on this account yet NIMBLE COLLECTIONS is calling me for outstanding debt as the account was sold to them!!! I need answers as this is the 3rd week and I will now be laying a formal complaint with the Financial ombudsman!!
I am being harrassed by Nimble group for and Zone Fitness account that is +7years old, They have bought over this debt from Dirext axis in 2018 and only have they now added me on to credit bereuau. This is unlawful of them to do this as this debt is more than + 5 years old and settled.I have also mentioned to them the Gym guy who signed me up, i cancelled my account within 14 days and he failed to submit my cancellation. Imagine after 7 years they now wanna contact me a cancellation fee of 5k!!! I refuse to pay for a service i NEVER USED! I have not received a summons or any contact from the actual credit provider in + 5 years. As per law prescribed debt is unlawful if older than 3 years where debt has not been acknowledge or any summons or contact have been made by credit provider. l have emailed and emailed and spoke to consultants and nobody is wanting to assist to remove this from credit bereuau. Trying to reach out for months to settle my account, eventually someone mailed me after 7 months, only to find out cell c blacklisted my name for nearly 12k. This is jack **** and unacceptable. The consultant confirmed oh sorry it was mistake and its only ***x amount. She confirmed she will email the bureau, check once again with the bureau and ofcourse cell c did jack but mess up your credit score. I am FED UP. Please AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST
I have been trying to get in contact with there LEGAL TEAM for 6 months and the service I have received is AWFUL!!!! They transfer your call to 10 different consultants no one know JACK **** what they are doing and all I want to do is pay my account. They keep on saying the legal team is working from home yet no ****** person gives the right number, they say they will escalate it yet I keep on waiting for NOTHING!!!! I AM CHANGING MY SERVICE PROVIDER. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME!!!!!!
