According to the South African Consumer act, once a debtor sell my credit to the 3rd party company. The debt collector must inform the client in writting within 7 days of the transaction, even prior to calling the client. With this company, they have never sent me anything in writing to inform me of this changes, yet they constantly calling me with rude agents demanding money.
I recently put a claim on my device insurance, claim number WWAS134554, I was taken from pillar to post, every time i call they need this information and that information, till today I have not received, Hollard as their underwriter, has bad service, the call center agently are rude, not properly trained to deal with customers. Everytime you call their diclaimer says the calls are recorded, but when you request the recording, its another mission to get. You are never informed of the access to pay, until the last minute,
I called to enquire about cancelling my contract, suddenly the security questions where incorrect, but moment before I had called in to enquire about my billing, the same questions were asked and were correct. Now when I was move from them, they suddenly cant help me. This company is really a ****. ****ed for days. I gona stop my debit orders and sue them, they are really taking us for a ride, if its not poor network quality, its poor coverage haaaaai
When you need to claim, they take ****ing forever to respond to you emails, and calls, their WhatsApp platform is useless, the ussd code is even worse.

I have sent my phone for repairs, on the back lens, I haven't received it as yet, and its been almost 5 weeks now and they claim their turn-around time is 7 to 14 days. I currently don't have a phone and its a huge inconvenience for me.
