I approached The Holiday Club to sell my points. They suggested that I sell it myself or approach Cape Escapes to sell it through their company. According to the online web to buy one point it would cost R2,200.00. According to Cape Escapes my points are labeled second hand and would only fetch R200-R450. per point. This excludes the admin fee of R399 and 20% commission on the sale. I paid R73k for 30 points in 2016. I urge any new buyers to The Holiday Club to reconsider. The admin fee increases year on year. It is very well to pay these fees when earning a salary, which is adjusted on a year to year basis. It is not so for pensioners. The Holiday Club should make it possible to buy back the points, just as it is to sell the points to the public. The loss on the points that are bought is 85%.
Rhulani Khoza who works in the Legal Advise Recovery Department within the MiWay Insurance Company went out of her way to recover the excess amount from the third party. Thank you for your work and friendliness.
I took my motor vehicle to Twin City Auto Craft in Vanderbijlpark to be repaired. The panel beating work is excellent and I would recommend this company to anybody wanting to have their motor vehicle repaired.
<div>Thank you to Gloria Mngomezulu, who was friendly, helpful and understanding in assisting me in adding a new driver to the current policy. Ms. Mngomezulu called me back after checking some facts offline in a short space of time, which I truly appreciate.</div>
The Unlimited do not recognize the debit order in the month that 1) a claim is lodged 2) when the debit order for the next month is cancelled. This is the first time I have lodged a claim for an an amount of R3,000.00 with The Unlimited albeit that I have had the policy +/- 2 years. I am a widow and a pensioner.
Mr. Madizela was helpful, friendly and courteous when I phoned in to add a second vehicle to my current portfolio.
