I'm aware that I missed the calls from African bank, but I've tried calling back with no response
I'm aware that I missed the calls from African bank, but I've tried calling back with no response. Why should I reapply for the loan that I submitted, including all the required documents. I've dealt with african bank before and always received good service, but the service from head office is not the same as before.

I've app**** for a loan with African Bank. But I've been waiting for over a week and the necessary documents has been submitted. But every time they are requesting a document. It's either staff at head office is not equipped to deal with the documents submitted or they are not informed how to deal with this application

I've placed myself under debt review, and they assisted me to the the end
I've placed myself under debt review, and they assisted me to the the end. The problem is that I've been waiting for over 3 months for their administration department to send me my clearance certificate, and I've queried them for this more than once. To date I still haven't received my clearance certificate from the administration department, which is irritating.

The debiting of our account is actually *****. It's their responsibility to make sure of the canceled contract and stop the debiting of our account
