On the 14. June, 2022 I ordered an item from THE GO GREEN STORE (ggstore.co.za). A few weeks later and the item still hasn't arrived. I started inquiring via eMail a few times. No answer, so I phoned them. A lady answered and said she would look into it and phone back. I'm still waiting for that call. Sometime later I called a Jonathan (who is listed as the manager). He told me the item was discontinued and they would refund me. I'm still waiting for the refund. I then called again and spoke to someone else. He told me he'll look into the matter and refund me. Again, I'm still waiting for the refund. This is disgusting. Months later and lie upon lie and I don't have the refund as promised.
On 23. May 2015 I sent an eMail (I wanted everything on paper) to MTN Customer Care about the mobile data signal (H) that was non-operational - the only signal I received was E (EDGE, which is useless for mobile data and this is still what I'm receiving more than a week later). This eMail note was read by a human and I even received a ticket #10109646 (by machine). On the evening of 27. May 2015, the situation was still the same and I enquired about (any) progress on the open ticket. This eMail note was also read. Up to this evening I still haven't received any feedback from MTN whatsoever. Nothing, nada, ziltsch, niks. So MTN read and hear, but couldn't care less. I know there is/was a strike going on, but I cannot believe that there is no technician or anybody else in the whole of Pretoria who is able to attend to this? I did \reboot"my phone a couple of times"
In the beginning of February 2015 I received a notice from Liberty Life that my monthly premium on a policy will increase by 17.71%. Now, I realise that the policy is age related and linked to inflation, but I do not age 17.71% per year and neither does inflation. Since then I've been trying to have the new premium decreased (it can be done), but without any success. I have proof of all my efforts (lots of them). Now, Liberty Life \values you as a customer and we are passionate about customer service!""; what is going to happen when I claim - ziltsch; nada niks;nothing? I just want an affordable monthly premium! """
