These are ****mers! I regret the time I opened their website. Their system is created to **** people. On a R2700 booking I was refunded only R200 when I requested to cancel as I could not make any changes with their nonsense policies. So disgusted by this company!!!

Disgusting service !
I am at clicks Jabulani mall and I must say the service I got from Mabotho is so disgusting, I did not expect a customer service personel to give me such a horondous service. I just needed to find out where should I get a product I was looking for. So for him to shout at me then walk away was so shocking. I had went to dischem prior coming to clicks and the service i got there was so amazing unfortunately I couldn't get the product I was looking for hence I decided to come to click but I must say I am so disappointed and hurt by what this guy did. Sad!

Traumatic service!
I have been really and honestly patient with this company. I have never such a poor service in my life, its shocking! I have finally decided to complain here as I'm not getting any help even on their portal...I need Marie stopes to refund me my money back today! I've spoken to several agents who promised to call me back as they couldn't assist me then while they had technical problems, or their finance department knocking off early which really wasn't helpful and the last one which I spoke to on Thursday hung up on me. Can I just get it so I can forget about this traumatic experience .
