I got stuck and not sure what's wrong with my car, called MyWay and within 40 minutes a tow truck came to pick my car. Very happy with the service.
I app**** for CSD two months ago and till today it hasn't been processed, I have followed up couple of times still no help, inhavw been send from pillars to pillars, none of the two staff Mellisa and Stash can explain what happened. I paid the money and they got proof but they don't sort my issue.
Service was great and prices compared to other insurance companies is better, it's always pleasure doing business with MyWay.
I send insurance claim two months ago and to day no feedback from Nedbank, sadly even after i laid complaint to their consumer complaint dept no one have made effort to contact me, so far i followed up about the complaint and Qele Sejane and Eugene Shikwambana who work at Nedbank refuse to assist me, i have a broken door at home and three kids - can't sleep properly and worried about my family safety but expected to pay for insurance.
