I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Blue Advance. Even though I last took an advance in August 2025 and have fully repaid it, they continue to deduct a portion of my purchases. For example, if I buy R300 worth of electricity, they deduct R150, and if I buy R200, they deduct R100. This unnecessary deduction is frustrating and feels unfair. Additionally, their customer support is difficult to reach, and the AI chat isn’t helpful at all.
I ordered a medium pizza today. Half steak and Mushroom and other half chicken and Mushroom. The pizza was cut very sloppy. Some slices were way too thin and other slices were the size of a third of the whole pizza. There was a huge piece of fat still attached to the steak. There was way too much sauce on the pizza. It looked very messy when I opened the box. The sauce was dripping off the pizza. I also ordered Bbq chicken wings which comes in a foil container. The container had burnt pizza cheese on the outside of it.
Very bad customer service. Takes so long for them to answer the call. Still waiting for my refund. I cancelled my application before the date that was scheduled to pay. They confirmed my cancellation but still went and deducted money from my account. Very unethical!!
