We placed an order at Roots and Grill the one in Mall of Tembisa and after placing an order we took a seat while waiting for the order then we decided to eat some snacks that we bought from Shoprite so the security officer approached us saying we cannot eat on their table because the foods is not from their restaurant while waiting for the order, this is not the nicest way to treat a customer.
So Ubereats charged me twice for the same order and when I enquirer about it they tell me, "Thank you for contacting us again. We’re aware of this problem. A system error is impacting charges, we are working to fix it you will be answered as soon as possible." and this was last week Sunday till today no reply. Hi UberEats will I please have my money back?
