I was waiting technician yesterday to fix the internet connection after making several calls with no response and I went to branch to lodge complaint and it’s not yet resolve and what is next to escalate the complaint further.
Dstv call Centre and multichoice agencies cant assist me with the internet connection,HD PVR notification on the TV screen and not able to watch catch up. The main issue is internet connection i send email to help@dstv.com since they reply me with the reference number :113085238 on the 29 November 2024 till today i am not connected to internet and end of this month they expected me to pay internet and while I'm not using it that not fair this is to **** the consumers because the total amount of channel package and internet is one imagine for almost 2 weeks not watch TV . I did everything with no success 1. switch off router 2. remove and wipe sim card, Address is corrected etc. nothing helping continue to say no internet connection.
This Safrican insurance company i really regret a day insured my family to this insurance they don't want to pay the funeral claim of my late sister. I was paying the premium for years from my salary devices the reason for them not to paying the claim someone in the family insured the deceased but they never ever notify me in writing or telephonically that the deceased is covered by someone according to their system, but they continue to take my money every month that is unfair then now they are not taking my calls, the attitude is bad and no reply to my emails that time my mother, father and my children everyone who is close to me is covered on that insurance. HEAD OF OPERATIONS really you were taking my money every month for years it was nice to you enjoying my money, this how you thank me by sending email that you won't pay my claim.
I fail to understand something about Sisonke medical aid can a person ask a medical aid Tax certificate from morning until in the afternoon they said i must check my email after 15min then i dnt find anything on my email and when i phone the office is closed.Andiswa you are the one i was speaking with from morning until in the afternoon it shows you dont want to help me and you dnt care that i am urgently want the tax certificate, other medical aid it takes 1min to receive my tax certificate on my email or is any fee that is paid first to get my medical aid or you write a letter to get i dont know honestly what please give me the correct procedure to follow to receive my my tax certificate cause you even tell about Karen who was in the meeting.
Good evening i am dstv customer for years what I experiencing now its really bad because I think its unfair to me the router that they courier took time to be delivered, now the router its not connecting to the network all the consultant they are sending me to the retail shop to rica the sim card of WiFi router, other consultant say I must take the router to MTN and taking it to multichoice dstv accredited, other said I must make payment I did make payment of R495 I spend a lot of money driving for nothing,i what's up with Andile on dstv what's up Internet he said I must go to MTN and now today I was speaking with Dudu reference number Inc 1431126 everyday they escalate the this problem the problem up until now is not resolved for a week. I what's up with Dudu that I want cancel this router or exchange it she told me that for cancellation I must pay R1500 for cause currently now I have paid R495 for data bandle that I haven't use please please Dudu the router for not connecting to network its not my fault I think you're uffair u and multichoice if they told you if the router after purchased if not working after you received because end of this month my the package amount its including data so I have to pay again for router that is not working its a big I take this matter further it doesn't end here I am not a charity. Let's respect the rights of consumers
A SCAM On the 29 July i bought a cell phone at Edgars trade route mall lenasia order number 3505425 Samsung A23 i was told to pay deposit then after the installment is monthly as indicated on the PayJoy pamphlets my agreement and this lady nomathemba is to pay deposit and make payment for peroid of 3 months NOT WEEKLY this lady on the contract she said my payment is weekly WHY is she doing that now i am struggling the phone is blocked due to non payment,i cant phone them,the emails i sent they dont reply them and the call centre they are not able to assist me.PayJoy this is unproffessional behaviour to write false infomation on your contracts about the customers.
This medical aid is unprofessional has given me a lot of grief firstly they said they would not authorised my request for sterilization because they want papa smear done then after they said my doctor must write a motivational letter for procedure and they sent me consent form on my email to sign it for images before they allow me to get the procedure done.now as I am saying they demand pictures of my internal organ to send them with my email and I don't have them and they never talk to my doctor about images before and after procedure, now I had to pay all the hospital bill and general surgery that is not fair the hospital want me to pay but I have medical aid.As a South African consumer I cannot pay the medical bills that umvuso medical aid is liable to pay for
