I desperately need someone to address my connection issus that I have been experiencing over the past two days - tickets 38788 and 38951
Terrible experience with a high driver (****/Marijuanas) named Adrian Fisher who crashed our car. This needs to be escalated, it is completely unacceptable to be a professional driver driving other people high, putting other people lives and their property at risk. I will no longer be using Rydd.
Tried applying get a contract online, completed the process, then got an email stating that someone will call me to finalize and complete my application. It has been over 10 days and I haven't been contacted by anyone to finalize my application. Sent an email to cadonline@vodacom.com and the email keeps bouncing, contacted general customer service and they asked me to call a number. Very underwhelming experience so far.
I love Capitec in overall but it really concerns me that they encourage their clients to put money into Easy Equities. Easy Equities is a very poorly run company with terrible customer service and it almost makes me want to move banks. I trusted easy equities because I trusted capitec, I now don't trust easy equities and not sure I trust capitec anymore.
Seriously Le Rosa? Asking a table of 23 year olds for ID and then proceeding to tell my wife that if she can't produce ID she will have to leave? We actually spent quite a lot of money here tonight and I don't feel you deserved our support. This is my second 1 star to Le Rosa - your customer service and food quality simply does not not align with what you expect people to pay for food and drink. I have never had a good experience here with management.
