One of the worst experience I have got with company is Cartrack. I think this first lady who called me think that being black is stupid. She called me to say that I can have a device with app in my phone for R145. And have it installed for free. This for NP200. I told her that I have the device which I am paying for and it is R192. This lady told me that it will be recovered for free. She also asked me if I have another vehicle and I told her that I have a ford bantam but it also have tracker. She insisted to get details of it only to find out that she is adding another tracker. To my surprise I received a an debit order of over R600 with a monthly installment of over R400. This is how this people take advantage of the vulnerable.. Very bad service indeed
Cartrack has debited my account with over R500 without my concern
This is my 3rd year since I first use rain. I am paying the R 250 package It's a real nightmare?♀️. The first year and better part of second was fine but now it's worst the adsl 384k/bps. Sometimes you connect and it stops. This is the only package I can afford. SOMEONE HELP PLEASE ?
