I find it very hard to believe that there's still black people that suffer because of white people but then it comes to my mind that we still have a long way to go as south Africans. There was a spar at bridge city and its employees were told to go and work at the other spar in kwamashu station, these people were also told by the CEO that they should register for the labour money and transfer it to the office and were told that only R500 will be contributed by the employer. What bring tears in my eyes these people if they don't come to work maybe being sick R1000 is being deducted from their salary, how do u take the little peanut that a person is earning. When they complain about what they are not happy about they sign a warning, is it a right procedure or what. I think these employees are being treated like this because they are blacks. Even their black supervisor support this whole thing. I'm 100% sure that if it's were white people they wouldn't be treated like this. They did join a union company which doesn't help them at all, and this is from what I have observed and have trusted sources from inside the company so this information you know it's true and I'm willing to fight and go a long way with this and expose each and everyone who's involved.
There are women who are working for this municipality even though I'm not too sure who's their employer in mhlathuzane area but they gave these women a job to clean the roads especially the ones that are single wife's and at the same time these people are not getting paid what kind of a sick joke is this, why say u helping someone to put bread on the table but at the same time take it from their mouth. Is this how black and uneducated women are treated in South Africa, Do u know how hard it is to wake up every morning on the day u suppose to work and know that u won't get paid at the end of the month ur kids are waiting for food and clothes. I'm writing this for the second time now and these women were promised that they will get their money but until now nothing has happened. Must I take upper steps or what this is the last time I'm writing here I'm very disappointed in u guys especially black people.
I went there with my brother at round 16:32 and we went to certify some documents and we waited an hour and there were two police guys who were working and the finished assisting the two people who were inside and they left us outside and there was a long line outside they all just left us and no one explaining anything to us until we went back home
I'm very sad at the same time very unhappy yet I say I live in South Africa where women's right are being abused this way. I would like to know if one of u would like it if u work 2 day a week and don't get paid. There are women who work at umhlathuzane on the roads cleaning the pavement since last year some of them never got paid yet they are told to carry on working is this the right way of helping them feed their kids maybe it's because they are black and uneducated I'm so disappointed. I will appreciate if u can explain this to me or maybe I should just write to the Ob*****t 0670237884 or pumiempungose17@gmail.com
I'm very worried of being in South Africa and being black makes me feel very little especially if our own black people treat old people like trash. There are women who work on the streets in Umhlathuzane that's a place in Eshowe they clean the pavements some of them started since last year and never been paid until today they have complained to the white lady that comes and check the work and we're told to carry on working. I would like to understand where do u get the strength to wake up in the morning and go to work and how do u tell ur kids there's no food whereas they see u waking up 2 days in a week. Is this how the municipality works then these women's right are totally being ignored.
I would like to express a very disappointing feeling about this school principle I had a situation where my child didn't come on the 15/02/2021 so because my child is going to grade 5 I called the principal and he gave me attitude and didn't even ask what's the name of the child and just shouted at me on the phone I wonder how our kids are being treated if I'm the mother called to just tell them the reason why he didn't come on Monday I'm even scared to send my child now because if I get such treatment that's means my child will get worse treatment and for what I have heard this is how he treat kids and other parents. I'm so very disappointed as a mother
I would like to thank the people from Ombudsman and Absa people they did notice my complaint and we're able to resolve it I wish in every company people who work don't help people according to their race u wanted a job do what u are hired for and remember anything bad u do to someone it will come back to u 5 times more or to ur kids.Big ups to Absa continue doing a great job
