My name is Bongani Vincent Kubheka ,on the 24 October went to buy some groceries at Spar KwaMashu for the amount of R1783.26 and they charge me twice only realise on the next day since I was not around I had to go back on Monday to report the matter to them .I went there and they told I needed to wait for the bank statement to show the transaction as it wasn't showing only from the massage from my phone. I waited and the statement started showing on Thursday th 30 October 2025 I took the statement to them and they promised to pay the next day the 31 October 2025 but I wasn't paid and went and ask they I will get paid on Monday th 3 of November it is now 15H40 no payment has been **** . I very frustrated and angry as show that they don't care about their customers they only care about what come to them. Please assist I need that money agently My contact 0608762481

Today my aunt was ****** a Samsung cellphone in her bag while waiting in the queue to pay. And there was no point of urgency to show us the footage but one lady was kind and asked security manager to assist. The security then said it impossible for us to see the footage and we need to go open a case 1st at the nearest SAPS then once we have the case number only then will have an assigned office Investigator to come in the spar for a footage etc.

The service and the quality Is really getting worse at kwamashu Spar whilst the cost of things is high. I bought that bar one cake for my son mmmmh I don't even know what to say am disappointed the taste mmmmh the sponge god taste so bad actually the whole cake . If possible can a manager in charge cut one bar one cake and share with the staff then rate the cake out of 10 the cake doesn't deserve to be on the shelves I regret shopping there the quality is useless and out of 10 am giving the cake a 2.

I find it very hard to believe that there's still black people that suffer because of white people but then it comes to my mind that we still have a long way to go as south Africans. There was a spar at bridge city and its employees were told to go and work at the other spar in kwamashu station,these people were also told by the CEO that they should register for the labour money and transfer it to the office and were told that only R500 will be contributed by the employer. What bring tears in my eyes these people if they don't come to work maybe being sick R1000 is being deducted from their salary, how do u take the little peanut that a person is earning. When they complain about what they are not happy about they sign a warning, is it a right procedure or what. I think these employees are being treated like this because they are blacks. Even their black supervisor support this whole thing. I'm 100% sure that if it's were white people they wouldn't be treated like this. They did join a union company which doesn't help them at all, and this is from what I have observed and have trusted sources from inside the company so this information you know it's true and I'm willing to fight and go a long way with this and expose each and everyone who's involved.

I didn't know that a simple hello can change someone's mood. I was having a very bad morning today and this lady, Thandeka from Kwamashu Spar made my day. She was standing by the entrance with a sanitizer, as I walked in, she greeted me warmly and extended her hand with a sanitizer. Her simple HELLO made my day. This is the customer service that we expect. Thank you Thandeka!

I am so appalled and disgusted at such bad customer services we recieved from Cebsile at PowerSpar just now. I have never in my life experienced a teller swearing a customer and exchanging such horrible words back with a customer. My 70 year old dad who has a heart condition is so distressed with such. We called for a supervisor and no apology still was offered

The experience that I have been continually getting every time when I get to this place is totally disgusting today I was literally angry when I went the cashier did not even greet or say a word she just scanned the items and threw the packet on the counter she did not even inform me pack my stuff and she did not give me my till slips on my hand she threw them as well I was so angry and could not retaliate her name is Sanelisiwe Phungula all in all service at this is very annoying and bad and disgusting
