I’m highly disappointed in you, as a first time Payflex user wasn’t expecting such service been logging queries from the previous till now it has never been resolved. How could you block an account before use, and when requesting for assistance you keep on sending one and the same ****!!! This is so disgusting your service delivery is so pathetic and I am not happy with your communications team and you’re unreachable when one is trying to call in
I have had such a very bad customer service experience at Sleepmasters Durban in West Street branch. I have made a purchase on the 29/12/2023 of a double bed mattress and I did specify to the sales consultant that it is a matter of urgency I need the mattress ASAP as of the 30/12/2023 and he promised me that , it will be delivered on the day specified and I made a payment of the whole amount including delivery fee to my greatest surprise till today I have never received my mattress and I have already assembled the new bed but haven’t got my mattress and there’s no form of communication from management to staff calling me and informing me what’s causing the delay and I have been sleeeping on the floor since Saturday to date because I can’t sleep on the wooden bed base with no mattress and I would like either management or superiors to investigate the matter because surely there should be some sort of explanation that can cause them to fool me
I am highly disappointed with Padros Chicken (Gateway Mall) Umhlanga Durban. I had a very unpleasant experience with one their staff members while placing an order over the phone, then I decided to go to the main store to address with the manager. To my surprise and shock I’ve never thought I’d see or rather hear someone who addresses herself as manager the level of incompetence from that lady , I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent customer service experience I encountered with your company. On 25/11/23@ 15:56 reached out to one of your managers but I couldn’t get her name hence she wasn’t wearing a name,regarding [issue]. Unfortunately, the service I received from her was far from satisfactory. Speaking to her seemed unbothered and unhelpful, and the overall experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Because after addressing tear she just said in Zulu (angazi ubani, and she said aw babhokode) worse part she is a manager! I believe that effective communication and prompt resolution are essential elements of quality customer service, and I am disappointed that these expectations were not met during my interaction with your team. As a loyal customer, I had higher expectations for the level of support provided. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further and take the necessary steps to ensure that such lapses in customer service do not occur in the future. I value your company and hope that my concerns are addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I have had a very horrible experience with Checkers Gateway continuously and I have never complained before but I feel like it is time yesterday I bought a cooked chicken curry the curry was literally off and was smelling so bad and horrible and too spicy and swimming in oil and they always selling rotten cooked food and that is not good for some of us this is so not on can the management work on making service better.
I am so disappointed with MTN as a whole because i have been honestly and faithfully paying them but they cannot deliver service to their customers I have logged a claim with their insurance for over a month and been told 3 times by 3 different consultants or service champions as they refer themselves that my claim was approved and I have been sent an email clarrify that but i have been going through my emails and I have not seen any email from them and what frustrates me is I have provided them with my personal details but there is nothing from them as we speak I have to pay this insurance company who cannot deliver service honestly I am so disappointed honestly and I am so desperate for this device
Today I was at Shoprite Britannia West Street Durban never been so ****ed by a cashier the lady called Nqobile Mgobhozi she was so annoying and disgusting I greeted her she just did not open her mouth but busy nodding that's when I noticed she was full of it I gave her a R100 note she asked me if I don't have a R20 I told her no then she mumbles some words of which I couldn't hear of which I asked her what was she saying she said she is talking to herself and to me that's obvious she was talking **** to me I'm so disappointed because she seem to be too old to be behaving in that manner and I won't let this slide she really annoyed me
I was never happy with the assistance from Dava Reddy at Medirite in gateway that old guy is hardly smiling nor greeting from 2019 since I saw he’s still the same thing it is like you nagging when you ask for something from not him alone infact the whole staff can you rather take them for a customer service training and always be helpful but him alone he is a tough nut to crack hardly greet or shouts for the next customer to me I wouldn’t hire such person who’s not so open to customers COVID 19 will not infect by greeting
I have an issue regarding my contract I have been seeking for almost a week and nothing’s positive coming out of it who ever is assisting me via emails does not fully help me because I have been asking for clarity each and every figure that what’s the amount for instead they are sending me some vague financial figures and when I am asking them what is that outstanding figure for they just sent me an email notifying that my query has been closed and if there will be same query they will close my case to me it sounded so unfair because surely why i am asking because I don’t understand I want one thing from them clarity because right now to me I feel unfairly billed
I visited one of the Absa branch in Durban Pinetown at Absa Crompton Road branch I was so disappointed because I couldn’t the relevant assistance from the consultant that was assisting the lady was rude had a stinky attitude she did not bother herself to check thoroughly about my query infact she was chasing me away to go to the branch that I made a query on but what shocked me is I was referred to that main branch from that I queried in because they were closed I had to ask for a branch manager in order for my case to be resolved it did not take even 10 min to get what I went there for I’m so surprised because the lady incompetency and negligence and that she doesn’t respect her job and worse part when I was trying to explain what happened she said I’m shouting at her and most importantly I would love to thank the 2 security guys they were so helpful other than that I was so mistreated and I couldn’t get the lady’s name because she had no name badge on her
I was at the Pine Crest Centre Yesterday I had a very disgusting experience mostly from 2 Indians I believe they still need to go for either a training or workshop on how to respond to a complaint and to treat people they’re so incompetent and very defensive all in all I had a very pathetic experience .
