Why are we paying so much for 15mins parking, is it not supposed to be free for the first 15 or 30mins? The free parking lot has been completed but they are still milking money from us instead of opening the free parking, Pinecrest is such a small, pathetic centre, Hillcrest is way better but they don't even charge us for parking, you guys are not Gateway Mall but you exploit us

Clicks stores like we must stand in long Qs while the cashiers are packing shelves. Sometimes we also on lunch and time is limited. Yesterday when I complained to supervisor Thuli at clicks in pinetown about no cashiers she just gave attitude and went and stood by the window and looked outside and didn't page the cashiers no worries no bother at all. Long Q we had to wait when there was only 2 cashiers. Don't forget we pay your salary , we go to Dischem they serve us with smiles.

I was at the Pine Crest Centre Yesterday I had a very disgusting experience mostly from 2 Indians I believe they still need to go for either a training or workshop on how to respond to a complaint and to treat people they’re so incompetent and very defensive all in all I had a very pathetic experience .

Terrible shopping centre. Terrible helpful desk when emails are sent. It's okay to fall in shopping centre's. They don't care or respond due to there wet floors or terrible tiles they have placed. Horrible horrible You fall there and you pay for your own medical Let alone you break your phone in the process and No RESPONSE

I am absolutely disturbed that in 2019 a client can still be told that nothing can be done. City Max Home in Pinecrest Mall in Pinetown Durban told me that they do not have a warranty over defective candles but their receipts clearly states that exchanges can be done within 7days which mean that they are aware of the consumer rights but chose to blatantly ignore them. I feel that I was deprived of my consumer rights. I still have the receipt and I was within the 7days return period. The store's staff just totally dismissed my complaint about a newden candle that had no string. they blatantly said I could not be assisted... this is actually not about the money but about principles and being ethical.

Shopping experience is much better improved. I am pleased with the fact that there are much more shops than previously. Its the first time I walked in since the “old version” and really - its looking okay. Not a wow , but okay. I have a concern though. I haven’t noticed much security around- I had just witnessed a person pushing a trolley while using the escalators to move to the lower floor, how ridiculous is that? The centre is definitely busier than the past years but I see no security patrol nor cctv in hallways especially in potentially high risk areas like elevators that are in passages like the one closest to Wimpy , for example. I hope the centre plans to work on improving this concern soon. But so far , job well done on the renovation.

We are regular customers at Nandos St Johns but we decided to have the same meal at Nandos Pinecrest after church last Sunday since we were at the Pinecrest Mall. I had the haloumi wrap and my husband had the chicken wrap. We usually have this same meal at Nandos St Johns however at Pinecrest the meal tasted so terrible we couldnt even eat it. Needless to say we wont be visiting again
