I have been scammed by a merchant under payjustnow called Showspace, I ordered an item but never recieved it but payjustnow kept debiting every month now payjustnow doesn’t want to refund me and the merchant blocked me from communicating with me. I want my R6000 back!
Geeze! 😤 If there was such a thing as negative star rating, I’d give them a -5! I made a purchase of an item of the value of nearly R7000 through payjustnow which showed “in stock” at that time around mid December 2022 on their website. Time went by with no communication and I decided to follow up via email with no response I started calling and then discovered that they actually did not have stock of the item. I requested a cash refund but they refused to do so instead they offered me store credit even after I started demanding it. I lodged the complaint with the ombudsman and they ruled in my favour (to receive a refund as I did not receive the item’s purchased) they blatantly ignored it. I even went to contact payjustnow who tried to reach out to “Mat” from showspace but i never received feedback. It’s now the 24th of Feb 2023 and no resolution. This company is a SCAM and I have noticed that many more other people are complaining about them. They even blocked me on Facebook after complaining on their posts 🤣. I really DO NOT recommend them. If you love problems and don’t want peace , come shop at “showspace” They have twisted my hand and now have to lodge my complaint my the NCC (National Consumer Commission) and have this settled !
Telkom has billed me incorrectly and now it’s my problem. First they took R202.70 (I don’t know what for) on 5 November from my account which they deny from their side they say theres no record of it and then they attempted to deduct on the same day R419.40 which is my phone contract however that amount bounced because I had exactly R440 in this account meant to be for my contract - before the R202.70 deduction. I first visited the branch nearby and told me I would have to call them directly. I don’t know why they didn’t want to assist me. I visited another branch where they took my details at around the 2nd week of November and they told me I would receive a call from them. I never did till this day. I called the call centre twice in that period as well. The first time I called was when I was told that they cannot see the R202.70 they deducted and when I asked the guy calling me to give me his email so I could send him my statement he simply avoided corresponding. The second time I called on the week of the 15th. The lady who was assisting me HUNG UP on me. Telkom is has suspended my account on 29 November for “non-payment” and is threatening me with lawyers. I really don’t know why this is happening when I ensure to keep my account paid up. They are the ones who are messing up things and now my credit score is in jeopardy If you’re thinking of taking a contract, I would recommend you shop elsewhere. Telkom service is really terrible 😣
I change insurance providers and geeze I’ve looked everywhere I know for those MiWay “DO NOT TOW” window stickers in Pinetown and Durban CBD; PG Glass and GlassFit. I can’t find them at all “no stock”. It’s not a good impression really, If it was going MY WAY I’d have them by now. This makes me kind of wonder if it was a good call changing insurance providers just to save a few bucks if I can’t even find stickers what would happen should I claim ?? It makes me
I sent an email requesting a quotation for parts on 3 November 2021. Made several calls following up and was told the sales people will respond soon. When they transfer me to sales it rings with no answer. The month is coming to an end and still nothing, for a quote imagine! If this isn’t the definition of poor customer care, then I don’t know what is. Thumbs down Goldwagen Pinetown!
I would like to thank Windy Molapo for the excellent service. She handled my enquiry very well and was very polite. Infact I haven’t received such great service in a long time, she is well informed what inpressed rme most is the way she answered all my questions I had about funding - without hesitation and with great confidence. Been waiting for my parcel since 10 July today its 30 July. No customer care available been calling with no luck I hate this ‘rain on me’ song you keep playing on the line busy waisting my airtime listening to nonsense. Been googling this so called Aramex WhatsApp business number nothing shows - cant find it. Been looking for this so called live chat - no luck!!! :( I wrote an email . You claim to respond within 48 hours, today marks 72 hours. I really dislike this service with deep passion. I want nothing to do with you people Nxx

The employees are cheeky and sassy at the Summerstrand SAPO in Port Elizabeth. It's like they are doing us a favour by working there when there are many other people who could do this job more efficiently and in a friendly manner. I do not appreciate the way they address customers. I hope this reaches the branch manager and hope that something is done about it because I personaly don't enjoy having to collect parcels there anymore. I've had enough.
