I placed an order 29th October for collections at their Durban workshop branch as a gift for someone in Durban. I stay in Pretoria and wanted to collect this order before I returned to Pretoria on the 09th November. Today is 13 November and I receive an SMS that my order is ready for collection but I'm already back in Pretoria. The ridiculous thing is that my partner in Durban can't even collect the order because I have been told that they need my original ID. This is shocking service and I have never had such issues before. And I called so many times trying to track my order and I was told that the matter was escalated. So disappointed with the KZN Online service.
Virginia From PnP Centurion Lifestyle gave such an amazing service on Saturday 08th March. My phone was running out of battery, and I had forgotten my power bank & needed to request an uber ride with all my groceries. She ran around & got me a M charging chord to charge my phone for me. I would've have been stranded if she didn't go above & beyond her duties. She was really helpful & I appreciated her customer service.
I booked intercape and got a message that I'd be using bigsky. And waited for big sky only to find out that I was supposed to be in a brown bus... the disrespect I got from the employees shouting at me that I was late meanwhile I wasn't aware ot the Brown bus... fricken ridiculous service...
Absolutely shocking service. No one responds to emails; the call centre tells you to send a whatsapp which is also not attended to. I have been trying to get a copy of my Funeral policy since yesterday morning. There is just no sense of urgency nor ownership.
Totally absolutely shocking service. Some of the waitrons and waitresses only want to serve a certain type of customers. They run away when they see you approaching or just simply ignore you. And if you ask for assistance, they're very dismissive simply because they assume you won't tip them based of their perception of you or what you look like. The experience we had on Wednesday afternoon at Grubhouse Eco Park was absolutely atrocious and disappointing. I normally order take aways and it was the first time I took my cousin out to sit in for the wings special.
Intercape's service has really gone down the drain. They do not respond to their emails. I have been sending them emails since 27 November asking them to process a 10% travel voucher for my 10 trips that I took during this year, and I'm ignored. I actually starting to think their loyalty programme is a ****.
I just briefly read over reviews, and I've just confirmed that BASH is a ****. Buy at your own risk. I have had online orders being cancelled for valid reason. I have purchased deals such buy 1 get one free and only received 1 item and bought buy 1 lipstick and get the 2nd at 50% and only received 1 full priced item and guess what, their policy says lipstick can't be returned. BASH has really lost the plot and it's sad because I feel like I'm being ****med and conned out of my money. Their service is shockingly poor. I don't even want to start on how frustrating booking returns via their courier services is, I've had issues with that too when they just don't process the credit.
Intercape Bus services as whole has really gone down & under. From trying to communicate via email or going into their offices to travelling in their buses. Utterly shocking service. I sent an email today trying too add my previous bus tickets and Irene responded and said she couldn't assist. I sent another email trying to reallocate a ticket that was mistakenly allocated to an incorrect Loyalty number & she responded and said she's only able to assist with adding tickets & creating vouchers. a total contradiction to her first response where she said she couldn't assist with adding my tickets.
I stay at Centurion Eco Park Estate & Friday 10/03/2023 my girlfriend and I had to leave for KZN and were rushing for a bus in Bosman station Pretoria. We were appalled by the disgusting prejudice & undermining behaviour from the security guard that was on duty around 6pm at gate 1. We had luggage with us and could not use a pedestrian gate & normally there’s another gate that’s opened for us even when we have groceries. This security guard could see us coming and was just standing by the wall a distance from the gate. So, we got there & greeted him. He didn’t even respond to our greeting but rudely said are you visitors? He even looked at us with disgust and had attitude. In shock we responded and said to him no. He didn’t move from the wall, and he gave us instructions from where he was standing in a language that we don’t even understand and he kept communicating to us in a language even though we were speaking in English. We believe that he only treated us in that manner because we are young black females. We’ve never experience such horrendous treatment and it was our first since we moved in more than a year ago. He asked us to scan our fingers and I did so first and moved to the side for my girlfriend to do the same. She struggled to successfully do so and he started shouting at us saying we must push the gate so it works. Eventually we got out after a long delayed and I said to my girlfriend that it’s the first time we had to do that, and he shouted back at us and said he’s doing his job. That annoyed me as no one disputed that he was doing his job but I’m sure his job is not to shout at tenants & treat them as if they beneath him. If he had performed him duties with respect & professionally, we wouldn’t have had an issue. We would like this matter to be addressed so that we do not have to go through such unnecessary embarrassment & abuse of power/authority again.
I am so disappointed at the manner in which the consultants at Centurion Telkom branch (upper level by game) treated my partner and I on Saturday 29/10/2022. We walked into the store and there been someone in front of us that was immediately attended. We wanted to buy the month to month 80GB Sim only data. No one attended to us and there was one consult and chatting to another one on the till. After some time a family walked in and the consultant that had been casually chatting to his cashier colleague jumped to greet them at the door and offered assistance. We looked at each in shocked and just walked out the shop. Telkom needs to do better in training their staff not to disrespect or undermine people by discriminating them and weighing just because they think they don't have money or are not worth their time. Everyone is a potential customer.
