Am tying this with a big smile on my face to be honest I wish all retail companies could have staff like those ladies who work at Pavilion underwear department they assistance is 100% professional wow I was there yesterday they helped me with my bra size and am feeling comfortable and am gratefull
I am writing this with tears all over my face my heart is in pieces cause i spend thousands of rands with shoprite my rewards card will confirm that i really don't understand how this happened like i mean why are we forced to leave our parcel's at the parcel counter when the staff is not well trained to protect our bags so yesterday i left my parcel that had my ARV'S 2 Containers, Tablet from work that had my assignment cosmetics from click worth R470 ,headsets,R400 if not R300 pasta from Woolworth's and water so i was give a tag number number 16 and I did my shopping paid for my staff R792.12 so when i went to collect my parcel they gave me a bag full of banana's *sad* and the lady was so disrespectful she asked me who did i gave my bag to she was acting smart she wanted to blame the trainee meantime i gave her my parcel and she made a mistake. The reason i am writing this is because of the disrespect that the CCTV guy gave me his name is LUNGELO i recorded some of the argument we had first he denied that i came in with the bag that was after he viewed the footage alone he confirmed to me that the camera didn't pick that up and i insisted to watch the footage with him and the manager so after watching with them the camera did pick that i came in with a Woolworth's bag that had important thing's. How could you guys be so careless i really need you guys to pay back my staff especially the Lenovo tablet that had my assignment
The service and the quality Is really getting worse at kwamashu Spar whilst the cost of things is high. I bought that bar one cake for my son mmmmh I don't even know what to say am disappointed the taste mmmmh the sponge god taste so bad actually the whole cake . If possible can a manager in charge cut one bar one cake and share with the staff then rate the cake out of 10 the cake doesn't deserve to be on the shelves I regret shopping there the quality is useless and out of 10 am giving the cake a 2.

**** uber i am ****ed and anger i placed an order and they debited my card twice i am ****en poor i paid R78 and they debited me another R72 why please refund me or else i will sue you and i am stil waiting for the first one

I'm so disappointed and sad I bought a back pack bag at Edgars west street for R300 on Saturday around 14:00. firstly I didn't see a need to protect or keep my slip safe because the bag is expensive and I didn't imagine that they would have be something wrong with zip. They sold me a reject bag and I went there today they refused to exchange because I never had the slip but the bag still has the tag tell me is this fair the manager was so disrespectful they made me stand for 45 minutes so basically I lost R300 how could they sell me a reject bag i wont be supporting edgars anymore

I have banked with Nedbank for all my life and this has never happened. I was charged R250 for withdrawing money using other atms i'm so angry and frustrated with this debit order because we all know that after the unrest most atm's we affected for example I live in kwa-mashu and I work there they is only 1 ATM that's working FNB ATM the rest were boomed I really think this act was unfair I'm definitely leaving Nedbank I have had enough
