Less than 1 star... in what world can a company not change a debit order date. And only debit on the 1st... and then add a R50 admin charge not onece not twice but three times... then dont even mention the support staff each one is more useless than the next. It seems that south africa is fated to be stuck with poor customer service no matter what ISP we use
I wish we could give 0 stars, worse company in South Africa, I signed up for home internet package, and it was stated that I would be paying upfront, which I was in agreement, they were quick to take bank card details and debit my account, I paid pro rata for JAN even though I only received the device on the 31st. Then on the 7th I received an invoice for R1092 but my monthly agreed package was 399, this was for FEB and MAR apparently, so even after paying 645 upfront for FEB, I was billed for FEB again, plus MAR. I then enquired and was informed that I was in a credit and would not be billed (this was a lie) when I cancelled the service, on the 19th I was informed i need to settle my account of 467, (MAR invoice) so they still want two months billing for 15 days of service. This company reeks of incompetence and lack of knowledge of their own products
After researching I found SANI car rentals online and all looked good on the surface. I contacted them and received a very competitive quote, it was stated that the holding deposit I need to pay is R4000 and this was very reasonable. Upon arrival at the depot, I paid for my rental and was informed that the holding deposit is now R12 000. I woefully agreed and s****ped together an additional R 8000 to pay this as I would be getting it back, unless I was involved in an accident (understandable) I asked the consultant do i need to wash the car and refuel it upon return and it was stated that it is not needed as i get 200 km included. Now a week later my deposit was returned with a R775 refueling charge, for 200 km.... at 10 liters per 100 km this per km (which is not standard for a LDV) it comes 20 liters... that's R38 per km daylight *******!!!! The rental agreement was not explained, the refueling charge was not explained, they hook you and then you have no option but to comply, not inline with the consumer protection act... this company is a ****!!!
What did I like.....nothing I liked nothing, this was the worst experience in a B&B in all my life I will never recommend this "lodge" PHA!!!! to any body in my life ever..... I will make it my life's work to save people form having to stay here....... the review says 1.... I rate it -5 Disliked · Everything, I hated everything. the welcome, the on site manager was standing outside smoking in jeans and a t shirt... the room was not the room i booked, no bath, just a shower, with a broken shower head..... there was no "mountain view" as was stated on my booking confirmation, i requested flower pedals..... which they agreed to and I quote, "We are pleased to let you know that the accommodation has confirmed they will be able to arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request." This is not even a one star rated lodge....... there is no WIFI.... as per the grading council there was only 3 channel..... dirty stained sheets and torn sheets...... not to mention a foreign hair on one of the towels...... and in the bed....... excuse me i'm going to be sick..... again.... :O= Dirty wine glasses..... dirty glasses...... dirty coffee cups....... and its not like i could wash them, because the wash cloth and scourer sponge is a toxic waste hazard... sorry i need to vomit again, just thinking about it....... and its not like we could have left...... as we had nowhere to go....... I was so outraged I was unable to enjoy my break away..... I feel a refund and apology is in order.....
