Poor services of SA
I have been trying to contact the for a serious matter of an unauthorised debit order of R10536. 73 because it was cancelled due to an agreement with the relevant institution. Instead I hadto communicate with the machine without reaching a conclusion. I rated it very poor becaus theh did take me seriously. Ul tl now my situation has not been resolved. I can't refer any persontothem for loyal banking system. Very poor services

Dishonour the agreement
I have an agreement with them for cancellation but they continued to debit money from my account R10000 and some couple rands. It is evidently supported by dletter of cancellation. Please tthey must honour our agreement immediately.

Unethical practices by FNB
I was withdrawing money R1850. 00 from Atm at Florida Goidman branch on the 23 October 2020 around 5 pm. The card was given out, but money didnt come out. I reported the matter. No respond I got from FNB and no money has been refunded until today.

Bad service and unreliable
Global finance loan and Halifax finance is one. It is almost three months now without receiving the money. All tey do is to fabricate fees after fees until one gets tired and give up. I cancelled the look an now in November and requested my refund,, No response almost 3 weeks now. It is unreliable with bad services.

They said I must write cancellation email to them on the 20th October 2020.Up to date, they haven't responded, no call, no money reversals

Unauthorised debits
Consultant called me in a form of telemarketing, In the beginning of our conversation I asked her if they are related to FNB, she said yes, They sent me a form whuich requires me to send a payslip, id copy, bank statement anda fiiled in form to validate my application which I didnot do. All of a sudden,they debited R595, which they said is a once off. They debited R3005. 00 in September and now in October 20th they debited R3037. 37.. I spoke to Fnb as my bank they did not do anything, now, please help me from this thieves to recover my money.
