I bought electricity from Solmate app. R1900 went off my account. It froze on app. I didn't receive token until 2 days later on which it was refunded to them. It's been a month back and forward dealing with *********** support agents repeating on giving me refunded token. Today I started the WhatsApp with Solmate at 18:04 The useless agent refused to give me name or supervisor. I want my money back ASAP. This is the 2nd time Solmate can't deal with its app or services. I'm so angry and upset. This app should be closed down. People trust the app to provide services with our money and I get declined.

HORRIBLE Home sale just imagine properties.
Dishonesty, unreliable, Liar, unreasonable, unworthy to company and client. Very bad communications purposely to get sale. Lie from start to end. Not good for company reputation and client well being on purchase.
