Rather 0 stars is the rating i would like to give for this government entity. I started my maternity benefits application process on 17 July 2023 and then my claim got rejected and then i called on 26 July and after that and sent all the documents again , where i was told it was escalated, to date no further feedback has been received in this regard. On 1 October 2023 i started a new application and once again sent all the documents, since then the status has been stuck on sent to assessor The communication has been absolutely shocking with ZERO on email enquiries and each time i phone the call centre, they keep saying it is escalated. As someone that is currently only earning half my salary this is not fair if i am entitled to the benefits PLEASE CAN SOMEONE URGENTLY GET BACK TO ME!!!!!
I did quote comparisons on hippo website recently and then a gentleman phoned me like 30 minutes later. I told him he must phone the next which he did but i could not answer as i have other matters to attend to . Since then i have received about 20 calls and had to block the each one of the numbers. each time they call now and leave a voice message they dont say anything. DONT THEY GET I CANT TAKE THE CALL SND DONT WANT TO SPEAK TO THEM. This is ridiculous
