system was installed on 11 Januarie 2024, two days later i see that the app is not responding, Log a query and was told to drive the vehicle for 1km,it should work. Called back again and it was said that an appointment was made. Received a sms for an appointed on 16 Januarie 2024 at 11 am day, that day no one pitched,and when I call, I was informed that the appointment is for 14:00 The unit was replaced and the next day it was still not updating on the app. Again I called and complained,was told to drive the vehicle for 1km to update, i drove 5.6 km(maybe that was the mistake) and it still did not show anything on the app.No trip was logged or updated. Again i called and received no appointment notification. Then the next day was called by a tech for the appointment which I was not informed about. He moved the unit and said it will work,also tested it. I drove the vehicle the whole weekend and no update on the app.I phoned on on 01/02/2024 to complain and again i was told to drive 1km so it can sync and that the ignition on / off can activate.still it showed that my vehicle was standing still the whole time , no update on the app. I phoned again and was told that an appointment was scheduled for 02/02/2024 in the morning and I will receive an notifiacation. Phoned later the day to confirm and no appointment could be found. I want the to remove their equipment and cancel my contract,will cancel my other vehicles aswell
I shop there almost twice a day as I live and work in the area. Their prices does not match when paying at the till and the the label on the rack. I have taken this up with the Manager and even wrote an email on numerous occasions to Spar Sa. I have been contacted by both and both will endeavour to rectify this. I have not seen any improvement in the last six months and today the price on the Avo's were R4 different. I do buy at other Spars and have not had this experience. I even challenged the manager to take a test and found that the barcode does not correspond with the item on the rack
Bought a couch for almost R40000, with in two months there was craftmanship problems. Born furniture was contacted with photos of the defects. They cam to fetch the couch and was returned almost 3 months later and with the same defects. They came again to fetch the couch and after numerous calls and WhatsApp's the couch was returned and with even more bad workmanship. The same is issues are there and the was a lot of bad patch work done. The owner does not respond to calls and WhatsApp's and even asked me once what is it that I want? FIX MY COUCH!!!! or refund me. They are always setting up new shop at a different place????
Joined King Price and had a few hick ups on the policy. Riaan Herbst with a calm and persistant attitude sorted it all in a few minutes
