I recently had a disappointing experience with TicketPro and Eagle Liner regarding a simple request to change my departure location. I originally booked a bus ticket through TicketPro and needed to change my departure point from Queenstown Sasol Garage to the Queenstown Bus Station. TicketPro customer care was initially helpful and advised me to contact Eagle Liner directly to make the change. I followed their instructions and called Eagle Liner. After several attempts, I finally reached someone who informed me that they couldn’t make the change yet, as the schedule had not been sent to the driver. I was told to call back at around 4:45 PM. I did exactly that — I started calling at 4:45 PM and kept trying until 5:10 PM, but no one answered. I also tried reaching them via their WhatsApp line. While the bot initially responded and prompted me to request an agent, there was no further assistance or follow-up after I rep**** with my request. Overall, the lack of response and support from Eagle Liner’s customer care was extremely frustrating. When customers are relying on you for time-sensitive changes, it's essential that your support lines are active and responsive. Unfortunately, in this case, they were not. I do not recommend their customer service based on this experience.
Exceptional Dining Experience at Hussar in Alberton. Last night, my wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Hussar grill in Alberton , and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like royalty. The warm welcome, attentive service, and impeccable hospitality made us feel special and valued. The food was outstanding, with each dish expertly prepared and presented. What truly set Hussar apart, however, was the exceptional service. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. The manager Lebo even stopped by to chat and made us feel like valued guests. The ambiance was cozy and intimate, with a warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The attention to detail in the decor and music selection added to the overall experience. We can't wait to return to [Hussar and experience the magic again. If you're looking for a truly special dining experience, look no further. This restaurant is a must-visit especially on Tuesday dinner date.
The network is always down and they have poor communication, it's never fully functional in a monthly duration whereas they are expensive
