I logged a call with Eskom on Sunday the 4th till today the 7th no one has responded, the fridges are off, we can't cook, we even throw out meat that we bought in December to cover us until end January
We are having a problem with standard bank vehicle and Asset, we bought a Nissan Almera in 2017, up to today we are still paying the baloon, in April after we the balance was 11000, now before we pay in June, my husband asked for balance and up to today no has never contacted him, when he calls, they take him from pillar to post, we are talking about a client who has 31 one years with them. With our estimation since April the balance is less than 4000. We are upset about the whole thing because we are paying and no statement nothing, it is really frustrating. You can't pay a car for 8 years while it is loosing value.

I WENT FOR A HEARING ON THE 19TH OF MARCH AND ON THE 2ND OF APRIL I WAS CALLED BY A BRANCH MANAGER TO GIVE ME THE DISMISSAL LETTER WHICH WAS SIGNED BY HIM AND HE WAS NOT EVEN AT THE HEARING. I WAS NOT QUESTIONED BY THE INVESTIGATOR, I WAS NOT CALLED FOR QUESTIONING WITH WITNESSES , THE EMPLOYER REPRESENTATIVE DID NOT CALL THE WITNESS BECAUSE I HAD ONE WHICH WAS MY IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR. I DID AN APPEAL BY MYSELF BECAUSE THE REP FOR SASBO DID NOT ASSIST ME AND I EMAILED THE APPEAL MYSELF BECAUSE SINCE I WAITED FOR HIM AS HE SAID I MUST SEND THE DISMISSAL LETTER TO HIM AND SINCE THEN I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM HIM I HAVE 19 YEARS WORKING FOR FIRST NATIONAL BANK BUT WHAT THEY DID TO ME IS VERY PAINFUL AFTER LOOSING MY MOTHER. I DID NOT GET PAID IN MAY AND DID NOT GET ANY FEEDBACK FROM THE EMPLOYER ABOUT MY APPEAL. WHEN I ASK THE LADY FROM SALARY SECTION SAID TO ME EVEN IF I DID APPEAL I DON'T GET PAID, FINE, THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PAY MY GRATITUDE DAYS, EVEN TODAY I DID NOT GET ANY CENT FROM THEM, I HAVE A 13 YEAR BOY WHOM I PAY SCHOOL FEES AND TRANSPORT INCLUDING MY DEBIT ORDERS THAT ARE MY FUNERAL PLANS, WE HAVE TO EAT, I CALLED SASBO, NOT KNOWING THAT I WAS TALKING TO THE VERY SAME PERSON WHO LET ME DOWN, HE ASKED FOR MY DISMISSAL LETTER AND THE APPEAL., AFTER FEW DAYS THE VERY SAME BRANCH MANAGER CALLED ME TO THE BANK TO GIVE ME THE OUTCOME OF THE APPEAL WHICH WERE DECLINED. I DON'T HAVE JOB, AND NO ONE IS SAYING ANYTHING TO ME. EVEN WITH MY GRATIDUTES I EXPECTED THE PAYMENT ON THE 20TH/06/2024 WHEN I ASK, MARLIZE FROM HR TOLD ME I MUST DO THAT AT THE BRANCH WHY DID SHE NOT TELL ME FROM THE TIME SHE SAID EVEN IF I DID APPEAL I AM NOT GETTING PAID. I AM VERY DEPRESSED, BECAUSE I WAS TREATED BADLY . I AM SO HURT BECAUSE FNB AND SASBO BETRAYED ME,. I AM NOT HAPPY HOW FIRST NATIONAL BANK TREATED MY SISTER, SHE STARTED TO WORK WITH THEM SINCE 2005.10.10., 18 YEARS OF SERVICE AND SHE HAS NEVER DONE ANYTHING WRONG, JUST LAST YEAR SHE OVER PAYED ANOTHER COMPANY BY MISTAKE , SHE REALIZED HER MISTAKE AND INFORMED HIS IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR WHO CONTACTED THE ONES ABOVE AND THE MONEY WAS RECOVERED, SHE DID NOT ***** THE MONEY, SHE SIGNED FINAL WRITTEN WARNING AFTER THEY SUSPEND HER. THE LETTER DID NOT HAVE LETTER HEAD FINE MAYBE THAT'S HOW A BIG COMPANY LIKE FNB WORKS, SHE WAS GIVEN A LETTER TO ATTEND HEARING ON THE 5TH/03/2023, HEARING WAS POSTPONED TO THE 12TH AND AGAIN TO THE 19TH OF THE SAME MONTH MARCH 2024. THE HEARING WAS HELD ON THE 19TH/03/2024, SHE WAS CALLED ON THE 2ND/04/2024 AND WAS GIVEN DISMISSAL LETTER. HIS REP FROM SASBO DID NOT CONTACT HER AT ALL FOR APPEAL. SHE DID APPEAL AND SHE DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING FROM THE BANK, ALL OF A SUDDEN WAS NOT PAID FOR THIS MONTH, ON THEIR LETTER THEY STATED THAT SHE OWED LEAVE DAYS, THEY WERE NOT PAID. WE LOST OUR MOTHER IN OCTOBER, DECEMBER WAS GIVEN FINAL WRITTEN WARNING, FEBRUARY WAS SUSPENDED, MARCH WAS DISMISSED, SHE WAS NOT GIVEN A CHANCE TO CALL A WITNESS BECAUSE SHE HAD A WITNESS. NOW SHE WAS NOT PAID, WHAT ABOUT HER ACCOUNTS, HER LIVING EXPENSES. THEY CAUSED HER A VERY SERIOUS DEPRESSION. NO ONE IS COMMUNICATING WITH HER. SHE WAS GIVEN DISMISSAL LETTER WITHOUT LETTER HEAD, THE OTHER ONE WAS A MEMO. FNB BANK A BIG COMPANY . THEY ARE DOING A LOW CLASS THINGS, WITH MY OPINION I FEEL THAT THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES, UNION SASBO IS NOT TAKING CARE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. THIS IS UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICE.FNB BANK
we have a very bad experience with standard bank Asset and vehicle, we bought a car in 2017 Nissan Almera, the car had a baloon which was R60 000, our last payment was in February 2023, we continued paying, in July last year one Sherriff brought the summons from attorneys, we disputed that with our lawyer that is not a matter of we are not paying, we were still paying and no one never contacted us from the Bank. When our lawyer called us , she said standard bank has taken back the account but we must keep on paying and we did that and we are still paying, when my husband call them on Friday the 23rd asking them for settlement amount they said the account is no longer with them and is surprising because we are paying to standard bank vehicle and asset, Standard Bank is a very big company to do such low class things, they gave my husband the number of a low firm of which are not aware because i called them, Standard bank must do the right thing, how can they say the account is not with them yet whereas the money is going to their account.
I am not happy about the above company, I took the policy with them, and I told the guy that was helping me that I might cancel this policy because we are at the mall, they were standing at the mall, after I told my husband about it, he then after a month sell the car. The car is in his name. I wrote them a cancelation letter two times, even today they are still calling me, trying to deduct money from my account and they are charging necessary charges for me, the unpaid item from my bank is 147 rand and I don't want that.

My name is Dikeleko Ruth Moeng, I had a terrible experience with the above insurance company, I took an insurance with them on the 12th/05/2023 and I said to the guy that I was talking to, i even begged him not to try and debit my account on the 13 or 14, they should debit on the 15th/05/2023 , i called them on Monday and they said my policy is lapsed, fine , the person who spoke to to me did not explain anything regarding the policy, I looked for another policy since well the told me that my policy is lapsed, only three days. I took another policy and i explained to them why I took the new policy because they asked me about my old policy. Fine is started on the 17th/05/2023 and they debited on the 18/05/2023 because I told them not debit after that as I know my budget. On the 15/06/2023 standard bank took 1388,49 plus 1552,10 which is 2940.59 from my salary my new policy did not get money , my daughter school fees did not get money, now they are telling me that they will charge me 50% of duo policy , I don't know their policy rules, I want my refund. they asked my new policy schedule , i send it to them, they said it does not say anything , I asked for transaction history from my new policy even the welcome letter. Now I have 28 rand left in my account , this is a very serious inconvenience, i said they must listen to the record what did i say to their consultant that, please don't debit until the 15th of much. This is selfishness what they have done to me . I am not going to stop until they refund me. I am a cardiac and high blood patient, I am so hurt for they are saying my refund will take 7 working day and 50% , the other 50% must be paid by my new policy, what the hell is that. Insurance companies are a **** and they don't think about other people. My numbers 0828591023.
