I regret ever taking a phone via Hi store Maponya mall through Payjoy, I have never seen such ****pier service in my whole life,incompetent agents and sales consultants at the so called store in Maponya,. I have never heard of a phone motherboard being removed if a phone is blocked which by the way only needs a factory reset. I would like to have my 30% back which I'm told by the store that I cannot have it and when speaking to an agent of Payjoy via the call centre they tell me to go back to the store so that they can see if they can do a refund. I used this phone for 4days and the finger print was not working for all I know I was sold a mulfunctioning phone coz after restarting it was not taking my password which by the way is shocking coz I always use same passwords for all my personal things and it is not the 1st time iam using a finger print phone. I did not use the phone for even 7days and I have have tossed back and forth as if Iam not using my time and transport money to go to your stupid store who will refund that money,because the consultants there don't know how to assist me,but all I get from Payjoy is a. Sms that iam owing you for what when the phone is not even with me but it is supposingly at the store or your headoffice. I have never seen such an incompetent store and it's headoffice before I asked the agent I was talking to to ask her Manager to call me yesterday already as she was in a so called meeting but to this day no 1has called me back. I would like to get my money so that I can go and get a phone that works somewhere else were they know how to treat a customer. Instead of being told I need to apy again for your technicians to fix a phone that is not broken but just needs a reset. Never have I seen this for a phone to be reset it takes you guys a month never ever have I seen this.
I would like to report my previous employer as my contract ended on the 15th September 2022 and i was given all my documents that i was supposed to for me to claim for UIF while applying for employment. I have requested several times to be assisted by being terminated on ufilling as per the new labour law but till today after several emails back and forth me explaining to the HR department of Surgo that according to the labour law since the 1st October 2022 they do not accept manual UI-19's anymore. Instead all they keep saying to me is the system will automatically terminate me on the 7th October 2022 today i spoke to the Labour department call centre agent whom stated that i'm still not terminated from the system and it will remain that way until my ex employer terminates me. My biggest issue is despite all my explanations emailing and even attaching the document that i was given at the labour department which has Guidelines to assist the Hr Team on how to terminate me, they are still not listening i even requested that one of the Hr officials contact the labour department call centre to enquire about what i am saying. Please can i be terminated from the labour system as it is not showing on their side that i have been terminated and the termination reason that is all i'm asking for. Awaiting to be assisted accordingly.
I would like to report the experience i went through at labour Department branch in Soweto Orlando. i went on the 19th September 2022 to this branch and i was assisted by one of the officials at the department who checked all my papers and declared that they are all correct i had my UI-19,Certificate of Service and salary schedule then he gave me a return date which was on the 4th October 2022. I indeed went back on the 4th October 2022 after standing in that long que for several hours, to my surprise when i officially got to one of the officials they punched in my ID number and gave me some guidelines papers to give my employer for them to terminate me from the system. I understand that the law changed on the 1st October 2022 which states that labour departments don't except manual UI-19's anymore. Now my question is 1stly why am i included as i went prior to the law being changed on the 1st October? Please can someone please respond to me as today it is the 12th October 2022 and i am still struggling to have my claim processed. All i need is to have my claim processed just like every one else.
I would like to share my experience i bought chicken soup cuts,and we there was literally no bones at all we only got chicken bums I even took a picture I'm truly disappointed at Goldi I did not expect this,such bad service .
