Helpful and professional team
Monique has set high standards for the course which gives you the correct tools and confidence to teach. She is very helpful, professional and anyone can see that she wants to see her students succeed in this career path. Monique gives positive and constructive criticism through out the course. She allows you to figure things out on your own and does not hand out answers. Her tasks isn't always easy and she makes you think out of the box so there is a sense of pride being qualified from Umhlanga language centre. Monique and her team are amazing at what they do. Highly recommend

Runaway builders
Do not use Gavin! Does half the job and runs away as soon as he gets the rest of the deposit! Phone off for days and you cannot get a hold of him.

Virgin active cornubia
Cancelled Vitality and membership at gym however they are still billing us. Cancelled 31 August 2020 and paid 29 September cancellation fees. Still being debited, terrible service. Continuous issues when we have done everything the right way. Virgin active kept blaming Vitality and vice versa.Do not sign up, you will regret. They are unfortunately such a circus. Visited Virgin active Cornubia continuously to resolve but still nothing.

Debit account without consent
Simple instructions are not followed through regarding cancelation of my account. Gave notice to them in September however still had to pay in October 2020. Vitality is scamming me and debiting account after numerous emails and calls for cancelation. Vitality has reactivated my account 6 times and "nobody" is held responsible. Easy to sign up but issues even after you cancel your account and pay cancelation fees. Becareful

Debited without consent
Absolutely disgusting, I have cancelled my life insurance and Vitality in September and it has been an ongoing battle of cancelling and of Vitality reactivating my account 6 times without consent!! They debit month after month and every month it has to be reversed. Just remove me from your database as I will never want to go back from this horrible experience!!
