I very unpleasant service experianced after there was a missing payjment on my PEP store account in Mar 2025, till todate it has not being resolved after numerous calls and emails send. Unproffesional call center agents, alweays taking me from pillar to post and requestng me to resend the very same docuemnts over and over. I am to the core of unhappines with this service provider and regret the day i took a decision to use their services.
I took a router contract with MTN, and they stopped debiting the monthly subscriptions and I decimally failed to get hold of them because every time when the agent answered the phone and after giving them my details they hung up, till I gave up and eventually I had adverse report on Burro and was handed over to collector agent whom I have made a settlement with them on the 29/10/2024. I was instructed to call MTN to update my Burro but still failed to get hold of the legal department to assist with my request. I called numerous accusation I attempted to call and will be transferred and hold for over an hour. I then send an email with the proof of paid up letter and the request to update my Burro record, till to date, I have not received any respond/feedback and my details not updated. I liked the services BUT NOW I am very very sad and just want them to assist for the very last time then I am done this MTN. For this complain I am reachable on my email: mamsydi@gmail.com
I was assisted by Thabani today in reviewing my vehicle insurance policy. Wow what great service I felt so special for the day. He is very professional, friendly and efficient ofcourse.
