Seriously? I have cancelled my subscription February 2022 already, have been with a new ISP since March 2022 and this company sends me a threating sms (no, not even the decency to call) telling me my account is in arrears and if I do not make a payment (no, not even telling me the amount) they will hand me over to their external debt collectors. Are you people serious? Really? If your accounting department is this useless then just imagine your technical department. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU!
Wow, it's basically the only word that I can use to describe the service and the assistance of both Lundi & Kenneth. They were amazing in ensuring that the surprise remains a surprise on my wife's birthday. Careful planning and they executed the delivery to absolute perfection. It was an unforgettable experience that I will always remember. No matter how many times I checked, made sure and checked again, not once did they fail to surprise, keep me in the loop and communicate.
Wow, absolutely amazing people. I bought a gaming chair (not for gaming but I do spend a lot of time in front of my computers) and this chair made a huge difference. About 3 weeks after I got the chair the one armrest decided to come loose, I have tried to “fix” it but that lasted about 2 days. I emailed their support and Kian answered the same day asking me for some information. I sent through the information and 2 days later brand-new armrests (from a much better chair) was delivered. Service was absolutely amazing. If I ever buy another chair, it will most definitely be from these guys. Thank you Kian for your assistance and extremely fast response in getting things done.
This must be the worst ISP I have ever dealt with. Total lack of knowledge and support, that is as non-existent as their service. Please, do a little bit of research and choose another ISP. Luckily, I am on a month-to-month and therefore were able to cancel this thing with immediate effect. The arrogance and level of “non-knowledge” is absolutely beyond words. If you consider them as your ISP and have a day to lose a lot of money because of these people, you will at least experience some humour as they keep telling you to “reboot” your router and fiber box repeatedly in the vain hope that something is magically going to happen, hoping you will die of frustration so that they can tell someone else the same thing.
I cancelled my membership the first week of March 2021 and Virgin Active, they simply ignore the cancellation and two months down the line, they are still deducting my cancelled membership. What is wrong with this company? How can one cancel something and yet the company ignores the cancellation and keeps on deducting their fee? Trying to call them is as difficult as trying to cancel your contract; you have a better chance at winning the lottery. If you consider joining Virgin Active, please keep in mind that if you do not like the gym(s) and you wish to cancel, rather play the lottery and keep paying your monthly fees. I would have thought that an international company has more professionalism than this. I really did.
We have been ordering from Got Gas for 4 years now and in 4 years their service never faltered and not once have we had any issues with this company. What a pleasure to always deal with people who are friendly, efficient and on time. I hope we will be dealing with each other for many years to come.
Total incompetence has reached a level higher than any ANC member, and that is the incompetence of MTN. My mother is 87 years old, her phone stolen when she was in hospital, and there is NO WAY one can blacklist her phone, get a sim swap or getting anything done working with people with a collective intelligence less than that of a moth. The phone is registered in her business, but she does not have the business anymore (87 years old). They refuse to blacklist the phone, do a sim swap or assist in any way, why, because the BE ALL AND END ALL is a letterhead. Not her ID, not the fact that she is there IN PERSON (she was release yesterday), no, a letterhead. I hope MTN loses millions of customer, I really truly hope so. Please do not EVER consider doing business with this company. I cannot give less than one star, else I would have.
The worst experience you will ever experience. 6 months ago, I requested an empty cylinder to be collected, this was the 5th of May. I was assured that they will pick up the empty cylinder the following day, of-course absolutely nothing happened. i requested this again, this time, absolutely NO response. Now, 6 months down the line and they want to charge me almost 800 for rental, of an EMPTY cylinder. Please stay clear away from these people.
