On the 11 August 2022 I called 0861 580 580 as displayed on the Imperial Logistics truck to report that the truck came speeding and ran me out of the road and over a huge pavement and sped off. When I caught up with the truck the driver flashed the middle finger to me. I made the first call to Mix Telematics (0861 580 580) at 16:46 and spoke to a guy who took my details and said that he will call me back in a few minutes. I told him that it is not even 5 minutes since the incident happened and I am actually following the truck as we speak. He never called me back. At 16:51agin on the 11 August 2022 I called Mix Telematics again and spoke to a guy named Jarred. He said there is no record of my previous call and started from scratch to take my report. At that time I had taken clear pictures of the back and front of the deadly truck since I followed it (and I still have the pictures) and I gave him all the details that he requested for and he said that Imperial will call me directly within 48 hours . When I asked for the call reference he said I must call back and state his name and I will be assisted. I have not heard anything from Imperial or Mix Telematics till today. The details I gave to Jarred from the clear pictures: Tailer details: reg CA 595-047 and tracking number TE1333 Horse details: reg CA 813-100 and tracking number H1363 I called Mix Telematics again on the 16 August 2022 at 16:09 since I was not hearing anything from them and I spoke to Sithembile who said she is at Mix KZN. She said there is no record whatsoever of my previous 2 calls and she took yet another report from scratch and said Imperial will be in contact with me in 48 hours. I told her that my front right has a very bad squicking sound since that incident. Yet again she said there is no reference number for my call and promised that Imperial will contact me. It is now the 31 August 2022 and I have not heard a single word from Imperial or Mix Telematics. Imperial advertises the number 0861 580 580 to report bad driving on their vehicles and when I call to do that (3 times over) I am overlooked and swept under the carpet like garbage. I want my car fixed!!! Mix Telematics and Imperial Logistics are a bunch of responsibility evading goons habouring wreckless drivers that will kill us all, 1 by 1 on the roads.

The Rain 5G is advertised as a plug and go, seamless network but I have had a headache since day 1 it was delivered. The router was delivered on the 24 May and as soon as the 5G Sim card started working, the network keeps on breaking every 20 to 30 minutes even though I have placed the device where it shows that it is receiving full signal and nobody touches or disturbs it. Each time the network button goes red the router automatically switches off and restarts itself without anybody touching it. I gave it time thinking that it will be fine but it did the same thing the whole day of the 25. I requested for support on the 25 and was called after 4 hours. The lady I spoke to said that she is escalating the matter to the networking team and they should call in about 2 hours and they never called till today. On the 26 I personally goggled Rain's number and called them (call reference no 3091906), wanting to cancel since I am struggling and I need the connection since I'm working from home. She said that the cancelation team will give me a call between 2 to 24 hours to cancel and arrange collection. It is now past that 24hrs (and am still waiting for that call in 2hrs from networking) and nobody has reached out or said anything to me. I am working from home and need to immediately make a plan for reliable connectivity and I want Rain to immediately cancel this 5G of theirs before they want to charge me for something I have not been able to use.
On the 2 July a consultant Lihle at Capitec Festival mall gave me a letter for my salary to go into Capitec. I said if I submit it at work I will let her know. Suddenly on the 6 July I get sms's that my debit orders are being switched. I called the consultant and she agrees that I did not give consent and that it is a mistake on their side. I went to the branch and made it clear that I do not want to switch my debit order. When I left she gave me a promise that all my debit orders are restored to my original bank. Suddenly today on the 3 August I receive a lot of sms's again saying that my debit orders are being switched Capitec. I did not give my consent to do all of that, I did not sign anywhere and now my life is being messed up by all of this. Why am I being forced when I don't want my salary to be paid into that capitec account? I have had it with Capitec and I want nothing to do with this crook of a bank
On Sunday 2020.11.01 I contacted Matrix tracking company because I did not know the whereabouts of my vehicle. A few minutes later I contacted them again as I was with the Police to get the coordinates for the vehicle, I was told that the don't have the exact coordinates as yet but the dispatched a unit we continued with the lookout with the police and we found the vehicle 30 minutes later, I then contacted The tracking company who still did not have the coordinates to inform them that the vehicle is found. I was surprised on Monday 2020.11.02 when I received a call that I owe the Company R1150.00 though they assisted me with nothing. I'm paying my premiums monthly and I have never skipped payment.
