Day 5 of still waiting for my parcel to be picked up with being promised it'll be picked up first thing this morning (4 December)
****tiest courier service next to DHL I logged a pickup with your courier service (on Bob Go) for 29 November, it was supposed to be 1 day for the delivery to take place. Yet the package still hasn't been picked up. Event the earliest delivery date shows 30 November. So please tell me how the *** the parcel will be delivered today if it hasn't been picked up? So please do tell me when you are planning on picking up? It's something the client needs by tomorrow (1 Des)
I'm surprised you have such a good rating, maybe stuff gets deleted. My mom ordered a sock slider thing, and from what I can see it's not cheap either. It also says "This item will dispatch in 7-10 business days". She ordered it A WHOLE MONTH ago and still nothing. Which is pretty ****. She obviously ordered it not cause she has money to waste but because she had a hip operation and can't bend to put on socks or shoes. Utterly disgusted. I will make sure to never ever order anything from your online store. When she also checked for my order/reference number, she saw that it was canceled. How do you cancel an order without refunding? or even informing the client
My boyfriend ordered the 6-compartment-bamboo-coffee-condiment-cup-organizer (that is now not even available online anymore) from you guys. When it arrived the whole thing fell apart. He sent a message and no response. absolutely NOTHING from you. That's some *** customer service right there. Not even a sorry you got a *** product or anything. Just ghosted. I hope you run out of business eventually if that's how you choose to do business. It was supposed to be for our small business but it's heading to the trash. Money wasted
This is the second time I'm writing a ****ty review because I'm quite upset. I was supposed to have a procedure tomorrow, the 18th of May, but due to the dental risk section taking FOREVER to get back to me, I had to cancel my procedure. I submitted it last week Wednesday/Thursday. I kept following up each day because I knew it was important to get my pre-auth number ASAP. I was just told that it takes 3-5 working days. I made it clear that I needed the number yesterday, the 16th, and I was told to get a new date then. Utterly disappointed.
