Excellent service
I visited Sandton City Postnet today to get visa photos and documents printed, and I have to say, this location is always buzzing with activity. It seems like everyone who needs documents or photos for the US consulate heads there, which just goes to show how trusted they are. I had the pleasure of being helped by a wonderful woman named Christal (I believe), and she truly made the experience stand out. Christal was not only incredibly friendly but also had such a warm, bubbly personality that made the busy atmosphere feel much more relaxed. She efficiently and calmly assisted me in getting all the correct documents printed, ensuring I had everything I needed in time for my appointment. A big thank you to the whole team for providing such excellent service — you guys are fantastic! Keep up the great work

Shipping the wrong stock twice.
I have ordered a pair of shoes from them, a UK8 size. That was the options on the website. I have the shoes a couple of days after ordering, and they have sent me a USA 8 / UK7 size. Log a return and ask for the correct size. On the 2nd order a week later and a couple of emails, they sent me the wrong size again. I can't believe they can't even read a picking slip to shipp the correct item.

Bad Service..
I have place my order for them on the 23 Oct 2020 and did the payment, receive my invoice the someday. Up to today (04-11-2020) no tracking on the website and after many emails send to the admin and payments emails address I have not yet received any update, feedback or anything for them. This is very back service for them and I will rethink ordering anything from them again
