It's now almost one month still waiting for my licence disc. They told me that last week l would get my disc but up to now nothing. The only thing lm getting is emails saying the renewal of the disc is in process. How can a company called syntell which is working under paycity treat its clients like this. This paycity is a scam and their agents don't help at all. I can't drive my vehicle now lm using public transport. The last option is to take a legal route which they will pay all the legal costs. Inefficient and very slow service.. They just know taking people's money. I paid to renew a licence disc for my Hyundai i10 more than weeks 7 days ago on paycity website. Before making payment the system checked of any impediments and it said there was nothing then l made payment. Few days later l got an email that they couldn't get a disc because a disc on my other car (Nissan) expired and needed to be renewed. When l got the message on the 17 th Oct l rushed to the traffic center in Randburg and renewed a disc for the Nissan but they refused to reprint the disc processed by paycity for the hyundai. I contacted paycity on the 18th Oct via email telling them the disc of the other car has been renewed therefore I need a reprint of the disc of the Hyundai i10 which l paid for on paycity. They took forever to respond and someone called me on the 19th Oct to discuss the matter. I told the person to do a reprint since the impedement on the other vehicle has been removed, the person told me that it will take another 5 to 12 working days to do a reprint of the disc because it will be like the process is starting all over again. Until Now l don't have a disc lm taking public transport to go to work coz the car doesn't have a disc. My other car is being used outside Gauteng. This is a very bad service and they are inconsiderate of their clients all they focus on is making money. I will never use their service again. Very horrible and pathetic. Up to now no communication and no disc.. I hope posting here will help me to get the disc.
I'm tired of this Medical Scheme. More than a month now waiting for Authorisation. I will go to their offices direct with camera people. The world will know how pathetic this scheme is. I will do anything for this. I have been promised so many times that they will sort it out but nothing. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH . I WILL DEAL WITH THEM . LAWYERS AND OTHER HEALTH DEPARTMENTS WILL BE INVOLVED IN THIS MATTER. THEY JUST DEBITED MONEY TODAY BUT I CAN GET COVERED? THIS IS A SCHAM
Fedhealth contacted me last week to submit a medical form which I emailed them last week friday for my authorisation. Since then I tried to contact them several times to follow up. I was promised to be called back by this other lady who is handling my case. Up to now no one has come back to me and I'm wondering. Calling them is a lot of money and on top of that Im not getting assistance. I requested for authorisation on 27 October 2020 and until now I'm being pushed around. I have sent all documents they wanted but nothing. Do we have to suffer like this yet debiting money from our bank accounts is so easy for them. We need to do something about this . This is the worst Scheme. bad service.
unfortunately my Authorisation has been declined because I didnt submit medical forms. mind you I received the forms on the on 5 nov 2020 at 12.50pm for the GP to sign . I got the forms from the GP late afternoon around 3pm on 6 nov 2020 because she had a very busy schedule. As I was about to send the forms my authorisation got declined (An indication of the scheme not wanting to pay). There was no deadline as to when the forms must be submitted to fedhealth and how can they decline when forms only took hours to reach them yet fedhealth take weeks to assist a member. Another problem is.... on my first interview with the consultant I was asked if I recently visited a GP. I said no... as I havent been sick and visited a GP in the past 2 to 3yrs. The consultant insisted that I should provide even a GP which I visited years back so I ended up providing contact details of a pharmacy clinic that I visited Early 2017 and the other one in 2013. he also threatened me that if I dont have medical history in the past one year my pre authorisation will be declined . He then emailed me forms on 5 nov 2020 where the GPs must record a medical history from 01/07/ 2019 while I told this man that I havent been sick and visited a GP in the past 2 to 3 years. When I got the forms I responded asking him why is he asking for medical history from July 2019 while I told him I havent been sick in the past 2 to 3 years. But he never responded. The GP filled the forms and indicated that I visited her in 2013 .. The pharmacy clinic did not have any record because they installed a new filling system in 2017 months after I visited the clinic. I also sent this infomation to them. The question is if you havent fallen sick in the past 2 to even 50 years should you not be covered when you join the scheme and fall sick before 12 months has elapsed? Must you be forced to admit that you have been sick while you havent been sick in the past year or months so that you can be covered? honestly this is unfair, inhumane. our money is collected every month but to get covered is a challenge. I suggest medical schemes must run medical tests on people who join the scheme to check if they had a pre existing condition than to investigate clients when they get sick suddenly and require hospitalisation. Now I'm pushed to get a Lawyer to assist me because even if I send emails to fedhealth explaining my situation no one listens. This is the most pathetic medical scheme in SA A profit making business thats what it is. They will try by all means not to pay for your hospitalisation.

I SENT CONTACT NUMBERS AND MEDICAL HISTORY OF GP'S I HAVE BEEN TO BEFORE JOINING THE SCHEME. I SPOKE TO THEM MORE THAN 10 TIMES BUT NOTHING UP TO NOW. I ALSO SENT SEVERAL COMPLAINTS BUT NO REPSONSE . I EVEN GOT A DIRECT NUMBER OF THE MANAGER AT THEIR UNDERWRITTING DEPARTMENT AS WELL AS A GUY WHO IS ASSISTING ME BUT THEIR PHONES KEEP ON RINGING NO ANSWER. I TRIED TO CALL THEIR CALL CENTRE NUMBER TODAY MORE THAN 20 TIMES BUT I CANT GET THROUGH. I NEED THIS PROCEDURE TO BE DONE AS IM BLEEDING EVERYDAY. THEY ARE PUSHING ME AROUND BECAUSE I JOINED THE SCHEME 4 MONTHS AGO AND IM LESS THAN 12 MONTHS WITH THE SCHEME. THE FACT THE MATTER IS THAT MY CONDITION FALLS UNDER 270PMB FEATURED IN THE MEDICAL SCHEMES ACT AND I NEVER HAD A PRE EXISTING CONDITION . MY CONDITION STARTED 2 MONTHS AGO BUT I ONLY VISITED A DOCTOR ON THE 26TH OF OCTOBER 2020. THEY TOLD ME IF I DONT HAVE MEDICAL HISTORY WITH ANY GP THEY WILL NOT AUTHORISE.
