On the 19th Feb 2025 I visited Rightcars Northriding to view a Honda civic sedan which they advertised on autotrader.I met Riaan(a sales person).I inspected the car followed by test driving and he told me the vehicle is in good condition with dekra report. During my test driving my speed was never above 80km/h,but i could hear a very little wheelbearing noise(suspected).I asked Riaan about it and he said to me I dont have to worry the car is fine and he even produced dekra report. I was convinced and decided to buy the car(cash price)He gave me checklist to check what was on the car and the condutions,which i completed ,and on remarks I even wrote "there is little noise _bearing like noise" As I came with another car and was alone I decided to leave my car at their dealership and took the purchased Honda to fetch my wife so that she can drive the other car.My nightmare started as I was driving at above 90km/h on a freeway.The noise became unbearable to the extend that you can't even hear the sound of the engine.I fetched my wife and upon arrival I told Riaan about the noise.He took someone from the workshop and they went together for test drive and when they came back they said the car is fine.I went out with the workshop person for test drive and driving at above 80km/h and the man said eish yaa i can hear the noise. That when Riaan told me to bring the car back on Friday.I said I cannot take this car they better fix it first.Then I left the car there.From that Wednesday there was no communication,up until on Tuesday 25th i decided to go and check whats going on. Upon arrival I met another guy who said he is working at the workshop.I asked him about the Honda and said he replaced the bearing but there is still noise but they are taking the car to Hi Q for tyres as the noise might be caused by the worn tyre/s. When I spoke to Riaan he insisted I must take the car and change the tyre/s myself and the noise will stop.I denied the car and requested to be refunded my money as they are failing to fix the car. Riaan went to the office and later came back to tell me I must lodge a formal complain to them(provided with email address).Later that afternoon I lodged a formal complaint,awaiting the outcome. Pls I want to warn other people to be careful and it seems like it is the way they are operating,as I went through dearlership reviews on this platform only to find that there are complaint agaist this dearlership and more specifically the same Riaan I am talking about. This people are not honest Thank you
I would like to report an incident whereby a driver(my niece) of a sub-contractor,contracted to The Courier Guy was shot and injured during hijacking while delivering parcels. To cut the story short.The sub contractor failed to assist with the IOD claims for the employee because he was not registered(non compliance). He did not even bother to check if my niece is ok.All the medical bills was paid by me.I tried to communicate with him,but he is no longer responding to my calls and watsupp messages. Went to the department of labour.And there is outstanding info needed to be filled by him,but he dont want to help. The Courier Guy company notified as well but nothing is happenning.My niece is living in pain due to the bullet still stucked in the thigh. I dont want this situation to happen to the next person.The company( The Courier Guy)must force this guy to take full responsibility and be it a lesson to other sub contractors who are not complying.
Never ever do business with this clothing store company.I placed my order(pair of sneakers) on the 23rd of January.I havent received my order even today,despite their communication to me promising that the orders for my area will take place between 12-19 February. I am still waiting and no further updates was given since then.There is no customer servises line or address.This store is a **** and i don't encourage customers to do business with them. Lesson learned:Research about the company and check the reviews about the company before doing business with them.Check this store's reviews and you will clearly see that it is ****.98% of the reviews are negative with very poor ratings,and they are doing nothing to make the customers happy.
I received poor service from Jet.On the 07th of March 2024,i received an Sms from Jet,telling me they have not receive payment for February. I contacted them the following day using the number provided by them for enquiries. A call was received by a lady who tried to transfer my call to the relevant consultants.The phone keeps on ringing.I tried several times up until the lady took my ID number and cell number and promised they will call within 15min. After about one hour of waiting,i decided to call.The phone is ringing non stop,no one is picking up.My concern is my credit record.I did make a payment on the 29th February 2024.I wanted to check whether the problem was on my side or theirs,also to send proof of payment. A good credit record is very important to me.And i know once they list you as a bad payer it would be difficult to clear.

Hi,I would like to applaud and commendate the two white CORPWATCH reaction officers for their bravery. It was Tuesday morning on the 9th Nov 2021,when I arrive at R55 before Waterberg road,i noticed vehicle convoy making u_turn.There were more than 200 protesters protesting.During my observation i saw a Corpwatch Toyota starlet vehicle(white)unknown registration blocked the road direction South.Cones was used as well to block the road.No metropolice or Saps members were available.I only noticed two white reaction officers. Their high level of competency and the strategies used by them while i was observing at the scene was amazing by making sure motorists and pedestrians are safe.The protesters were also charging towards motorists but the two officers prevented them.They were very brave and they derserve more than just being reaction officers. I am appealin to Corpwatch bosses to find who those officers are and tell them that they are the best.To Corpwach security as a whole keep up the good work. Kind regards. NJ Ramoroka.
Good day,I have a problem with Old Mutual regarding my funeral policy.I took the policy from 2009,comprehensive. About 7_8 years ago I went to Pretoria branch to update my policy by adding other dependants,birth certificates submitted.After few months when I went to check status,the dependants info never updated. To cut story short,I ended up writing emails to Old Mutual Complaints management last year 06August 2020,Ref:CRM00004013320.They advised me to sent the dependants certificates again.I went again on the 19th January2021 to check status,only to find that one dependant was added,again I submitted the remaining three birth certificates.They notified me via SMS that my request has been finalised. I hoped everything was updated,but until I discovered last week that nothing has changed.I submitted certificates again,and also received SMS stating that the request has been finalised. To my surprise again I visited the branch in Centurion,the policy was never updated.I have been paying the premium for comprehensive funeral policy but my children are not covered.I lost hope. This my bad experience ever in my life and I will never encourage anyone to take any of the Old Mutual financial products. I have been paying for the past 10 years,but this is the price I get.As a last resort before I cancel the policy,your intervention will be much appreciated. Regards Ramoroka NJ.
Hi,I went to Capitec bank back around 2013/2014 to open an investment account and to link it to the existing savings acc.The consultant who was helping me told she is struggling to open.She then contacted head office,they gave her Capitec forensic section's contact numbers.She spoke to Lizel Grobbler who told her that someone fraudulently took a loan using my details.I was shocked,however I had a loan with Capitec bank but quickly it was settled and on their systems there was record.Capitec could not give me details of the alleged fraud.They asked me if I have a twin brother and I said no.I could not open account.Three months later I approached the bank again for the updates,no changes,same status they told me Lizel Grobbler still investigating the case.This year I went again to Capitec bank to open investment acc,the account was opened successfully,however the consultant had to via forensic section for way forward.This matter is now affecting me as I m struggling to get major credits.I would like Capitec bank to communicate with me regarding the matter and how I should go about solving this problem.I receive my salary via the same bank and now they are making my life difficult. I request Capitec bank to clear my name. Attention to this matter will be highly appreciated.
As a Markham account holder for more than 5 years,I was happy with the services until recently when I received a notification from TFG group,about the T/Cs of the policy and the contract."policy 0012010001000725458".I don't know anything about the policy but every month the premium is off my acc.The policy is administered by Guardrisk company.As I never give consent regarding the policy or never agreed to any policy premium taken from my account,I advise account holders to check statements.Tfg must also investigate this criminal activities within their departments by their employees and whoever behind this acts be punished. Thanks.
