If there was 0 rating option, I was definitely gonna give Pick n Pay Phillip Nel Park. Within a period of 1 week I received a very pathetic service, on Monday the 16th of March I ordered some groceries online and part of the items was a toothpaste. My toothpaste was in a torn box and didn’t even have a lid on. I gave them benefit of a doubt and ordered more items today. Upon receiving my items I realised that the bread and rolls are expiring tomorrow morning, meaning the bread and rolls will be expired in few hours. I tried to raise the issue on Pick ‘n Pay support sms line, the person I spoke to just left me hanging there without saying anything for more than 45 minutes. The last time the spoke was that she/ he understands my concerns and them Booom!! Disappeared? Pick ‘n Pay Phil Nel park, please stop taking advantage of people by feeding them expired food!!!
Please attend to my request for a refund before I narrate my story! No one is saying anything even after I sent you all the documents you required!!!!!
Added value policy that We didn't sign up for and they are refusing to rectify the matter.
If there was a space for minus 0 I was going to give this company. Me and my husband we bought a Car at We buy Cars Mbombela branch, After the approval of finance my husband clearly stated that he doesn't want any added values on the car because it was as good as new. But we buy cars and their partner Innovation group still added ab amount of R17500 for mechanical guarantees. After we discovered this on the documents we consulted Innovation group within 30 days after the purchase. Innovation group agreed to pay the money back to Our car finance account, And guess what? Have been taken from pillar to post regarding this matter and no one was willing to assist,until recently when i requested the proof of payment and Innovation group decided to credit my account with only R10 000 rands from R17500? You guys are cruel, I addressed the matter with them but no response so far even after sending a countless number of emails. Innovation group,you can do better...why dont you value your clients? What do you take me for?
On the 25 on July 2025 I went to Makro Centurion to return the chicken I bought the previous day which was not in a good condition. I was very worried because it was 6 bags of 5kg chicken and wondered what if Makro doesn't exchange for some reason. As I walked into the store I met a gentleman by the name of Ezekiel Ramodike. The way ge received me into their returns department was amazing,he greeted me with a smile and reassured me that he will happily return my items because Makro values their clients, that's exactly what he said...I was so humbled to have met someone who didn't make me feel like he was doing me a favour. Makro please take this nan for positive orders and treat him well... he's one of a kind and made me look at Makro Centurion in a positive manner. Thank you Mr Ramodike,God bless you for your kindness and great customer service.

Makro delivers a wrong Item that was way cheaper than what I ordered,when I return the product you are telling me it doesn't qualify for a return???
Makro doesn't care about their customers, bought a pressure cooker on the 18th of march,wrong item delivered. I called the store,wrote emails and even logged for a collection.. but guess what? No one came even on the street upon date. I drove all the way to Makro Wonderboom from Pretoria west to enquire, when I got to Wonderboom I spoke to the guy named Paul Matshaneng,Paul told me that he cannot exchange the product for me because it was purchased online and it should be returned the same. He called the customer care Center, A woman called Bonolo reassured me that I must go home with the Item and Makro will make sure that it will be fetched. Until today I'm still waiting,no communication whatsoever? I should've gone to Clicks,your service is pathetic Makro!!!!!!! What makes me more sicker is that you delivered a very cheaper model than what I purchased,now is been almost a month of me waiting here with uncer*****y? Was it your plan to drag your feet until the 14 day return policy lapse??
I'm here again so disappointed by the service I received from Makro. On the 17th of March I bought a pressure cooker online and my transaction was successful. The item was ten delivered to me on the 24th of March. By that time the delivery guy called me when I was at work and I asked my neighbour to accept the parcel. I was very shocked when I arrived home to find that my item was packaged in a brown box, upon opening that box I was shocked even more when I realised that it was already opened ( the box of the pressure cooker was opened. I then anxiously took out the pressure cooker out of the box and realised it was not the item I ordered. I called Makro the next day on the 25th of March to inform them about the issue,the lady I spoke to reassured me that the matter will be sorted. I didn't receive any communication since then,then on the 26th I logged a return online and was given a date of collection which was the 29th of March. Waited the whole day yesterday for them to come and collect the item but sadly no one came. Makro please sort this out, I tried to communicate with you online,via emails and calls but still you haven't responded to me so far. How long must I wait??
