Don't think once, don't think twice, think three times before you use this company. Do your research on all social media platforms and websites to make an informed decision and to spare yourself alot of frustration.
WARNING!!!!! Do not use or trust this guy or his company. We have been struggling for almost 2 months just to get him to come and finish his work. He will take your money with a lot of promises and after that, good luck to get this guy to your premises. He does not answer your calls or messages. Make promises to come and then just don't pitch. We have sent him 2 lawyer letters and not even that helped to get him to come and finish his work. Do a bit of work and promise to come back the next day, it is now a week and nothing was done. Spare yourself a lot of frustration and use another company. I promise you, you will regret it if you are going to make use of this place.
!!WARNING!!!!! Do not use or trust this guy. Vaughn seems to be very professional when he pitch his quotation but oh my word what a disappointment. We paid him our deposit and he started on the work. The rest of the money was supposed to be paid on completion. After not pitching for days he informed us that the rest of our flooring got damaged during storage and that he don't have the money to buy new stock to complete the job. We paid him the rest of the money to buy the rest of our flooring just to get the job done. He finished installing the flooring but still had to do the skirtings and finishes at the doors. Well needless to say he just disappeared. He does not answer ANY calls or messages. His so called business premises closed down apparently 2 months ago and our floors are still not done. PLEASE spare yourself a lot of frustration and lost of money.
We are a customer of Oxbow and what a nice company to do business with. Will definitely recommend them.
I contacted CellC on 28 November 2020 to request a Data Validation Report for the month of August. When I requested the report I was told that it will take 30 days to sent me this report. Well, needless to say that 28 December have passed without any report or feedback from CellC. I phoned on the 6th of January 2021 to follow up on my request and was put through to a Supervisor. He told me that I will have the report before Friday, 8 January 2021. I have phoned CellC every 2nd day since the 8th of January with no luck. Each time I have to leave a message for the Supervisor that will phone me back because he is busy on another call. He is still busy on that call till today. It is the 26th of January 2021 and still I have no report or any feedback from CellC. They don't even have the decency to return my calls. This is suppose to be a communications company but with service like this it is a miracle that they are still open. I will NOT recommend any person to use this service provider as they are not competent to deliver a simple report in 60 days.
A package was couriered to me from a company and DSV was the company assigned to deliver my package. I was not at home on the day of the delivery. The delivery guy from DSV phoned me to inform me that nobody was home and that he dropped the parcel over the gate onto the back of my vehicle. I informed him that I will be home the next day at 12:00 and that he must rather return the next day as this was an important document that I am waiting for and paid for. He informed me then that he already dropped it over the gate and can't retrieve the package. On my return home the package was to be found nowhere. The courier guy then came to my house the next day searching my garden for the parcel...with no luck. He then told me that he will report it to DSV. I contacted DSV and explained to the person in the call center what happened. That this parcel was delivered without me being home or signing for the parcel. He investigated the matter and forward me a piece of paper with my surname written on it but clearly not in my handwriting or my signature. Well it is a week later and I am still waiting on feedback from DSV what they are going to do about this situation. I paid for this document and due to the negligence of one person I am still waiting for my parcel.
I requested a Data Validation Report from Cell C on Friday, 16 October 2020 for the month of August 2020. On Monday morning, 19 October, the report was in my inbox BUT it was a report for the month of OCTOBER and NOT August as requested. I emailed them immediately back and asked for the report for August. Well since Monday, 19 October I am still struggling to get a report. I phoned the 084140 number every day, and all that I hear is that I must be patient. It is the 9th of November 2020 and still I have NO feedback or report from Cell C. The service is shocking and I will definitely not recommend CellC to anyone. I have 5 contracts with them and this is how they treat a paying customer. If you ask to speak to a manager of supervisor then they are all busy on the phone or in a meeting. They take my number and promise me they will phone me back as soon they are finish on the call/meeting. I am still waiting for that person to finish his 3 week long call/meeting.
