Very poor service. I have been trying to get in contact with Mr Indran for weeks for work to be done. Keeps rejecting my calls. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
Ordered fibre around the 9th of September 2021 and made a payment of R399 the 13th. The installers took around 4 weeks to phone me back to schedule and appointment for the 18th of October. On the installation day the installers did not pitch up. I had phoned the installers numerous times (Nano Fibre) as well as try to get assistance over Web Africa's Whatsapp support line. But they did not help as they said someone will phone me . Over R200 airtime wasted and 2 days later I find out that they had done the installation at the wrong address. In addition they had insisted that it was done at my house. Now I am left with no installation done and my money is gone.
I had an installation scheduled with these guys. On the day the installers did not show up. I've been phoning numerous times and emailed as well. They said they will resolve this matter and give me a call back, but no one has called me back as yet. When I finally got an update they said the install was already done and splicing was required. But one one had come to do the installation .
Got a call on the 5th of October to schedule an installation on the 18th of October at 8:30 AM. On the installation day no installer showed up. I tried calling numerous times. While calling there was a long wait time till somebody picks up and if they do they transfer you to the Durban number where you have to wait for an answer but sometimes the automated system says the number is not available. When I finally spoke to someone they said I will get a call back shortly but no one phones you back.
Terrible service. I signed up for a Just DSL package. They said my area was covered. After 3 weeks they said installation failed as my area is not covered.
