The thing about customer service is people hardly call in to tell you about good news! I think that’s why most people don’t handle us customers so well, I was refreshingly surprised by the attentiveness and care they had for my query, I was treated like the only customer and they helped me to the fullest! I’ll forever be loyal just based on your care for customer satisfaction!
I ordered my wig online on a Sunday and by Tuesday morning I got a notification saying it is ready for collection. They are quick with responses, they have great customer service and I’m definitely going to be a lifetime client!!!!
Logged a query around end of October. Logged a complaint here on 11 nov they said everything would be dealt with quickly but lol haven’t heard from anyone since. I just tried to query my navigate issue on the app through their useless secure chat and an unhelpful Akhona put me through to a line that just said “our operating hours are between 8am and 6pm” if she new that then why put me through and end our chat for nothing. I have been an FNB client since I got my first job, I didn’t think this is what I was paying alll those monthly charges for . Terrible service. Please get someone to call me and let me know how I can close all my accounts with you
I have been on the call with multiple consultants for the past hour. My minutes are now up but nothing has come out of it! This is ridiculous. Your app section under Nav money shows the incorrect credit record info, Experian and all the other companies have updated it on their end and you as my bank haven’t. How is my own Bank not reflecting the correct information. One agent even had the audacity to say it takes time to update, but really a whole 6months?????? Nothing... I mean nothing has been done for me today but time wasting!!!! The only person who assisted well was Lerato who logged my query.
