I have claimed for a windscreen repair 2 weeks ago. Not only was my first appointment rescheduled but the second involved the installer showing up with a pirate glass. I was informed that fitment of a generic windscreen which may result in leaks or affect other components of the vehicle would void the warranty on my vehicle. I have brought this to King Price’s attention to which they respond that they only authorise OEM on vehicles still under warranty (which they know my vehicle still is!) so why then send a generic? They then want me to submit a letter from manufacturer as to why they can’t use a generic windscreen, even though the terms and conditions of all warranties clearly state that damage as a result of generics will void the warranty with no exceptions listed. I was warned against king price for their poor claims handling but did not expect it to be true given their hello peter rating. Wondering how true a reflection it actually is given my poor experience with them
Netflorist has the most misleading website and rob customers out of their money. An order was placed recently where the picture clearly showed items of a mug chocolates and cream. On delivery a bottle of wine was also sent and charged for. This is because the website automatically defaulted the order to medium and added the wine. When calling customer service they refuse to acknowledge and provide rude attitude when trying to resolve. Won’t be purchasing from them ever again
If I could I would give 0 stars Ordered from pillsquad my URGENT medication 2 weeks ago. Have not received my order yet, followed up twice via email with no response and their ONLY contact number goes straight to voicemail. The worst service for something so important. I wouldn’t recommend using them for time sensitive deliveries
Housekeeping services were shocking. I checked in on 9 November 2020 to a room with a filthy kitchen and bedroom area. The fridge had oats scattered across the shelves, the microwave had a mushy mess inside and there were crumbs all around it and the stove. The bedroom was no better with a thick layer of dust on the headboard and clear dirt on the floor with dirty tissues just underneath the bed. A few days later the room was cleaned but no towels were left for us to use which is frustrating to find at 4 in the afternoon after a long day. When the towels were eventually brought to us they were filled with holes. Breakers was a once a well run, well maintained resort but the standards have dropped immensely. The bathrooms are tiny, we had a cracked toilet seat and a toilet cistern that just continuously ran the entire stay. The lifts have cracked floors, the pools are filthy and the outdoor showers have taps that don't shut off. Overall disappointed with my stay.
