I ordered mothers day flowers for delivery in Jeffreys bay to be delivered on Saturday. As at Tuesday morning, still no flowers have been delivered. This company is just a ****, *****ing people's money with a promise of flowers, but it's all just pretend. I've sent them 3 emails and used the contact us forum online but they just ignore and don't respond. Terrible just terrible people. Save yourself the trauma and just use another company.
Kadoo you are a joke. . . You are supposed to be the official PS5 supplier in SA and even this you can't get right. You have chosen to be the main supplier together with Raru but both companies can't supply machines. . . How is that. The whole point of pre order us to get the numbers right. . . And what's worse is there is no advertising or further communications. You had a second allocation , which I went online at 7h55 to go preorder and was unable to move it to my cart only for it to disappear. Ie sold out. I am shocked at the fact that such an expensive purchase has been so hard to make. Do you not want our money or did you only order 5 units ??? And then there is no information for a 3rd preorder, no one knows what is going on !!!! This is just horrific !!! Get your house in order and be better. . .
Ps5 consoles preorder. I am horrified at the way in which this whole thing has been handled. Not enough machines etc. Total jack of advertising etc. These are expensive machines and we can't even spend our money cos there simply isn't enough machinery to go around. What did you only make 5 machines for SA. The fact that one can only purchase from 2 online suppliers is a joke and whats even more radiculous is they can even supply the general public. . . This is not how you do business !!!!
PS5. The preorders on this console were supposed to go live at 8am this morning, I was online from 7h45, trying to move it from wishlist to cart. Refreshing every 5 or 6 seconds. Only for it to say within 8h06, second batch sold out. How is this possible when it won't move it to cart. How many hits were ordered 5 ? When I call Cynthia just says sorry and thats all. No information on how to resolve the issue or how to order or even when the next batch is coming. How can we spend our money when the company is so useless they can't even order the right number for the demand. The preorders of this machine have been handled very poorly. And this is not a cheap purchase for south Africans.
