I struggle with metatarsalgia and Morton's neuroma and my Altra Olympus have made a huge difference. I'll never wear anything else.
I ordered goods months ago that were never delivered. After at least 20 e-mails to their customer service address, I received a reply stating that the goods were delivered on 23 September 2023. No matter how often I advise that I never received the package and ask them to investigate, they reply with the same answer " the package has been delivered". There does not appear to be any alternative way to contact them.
I have been waiting a month for my order. Emailed Shein customer service 15 times with no response. No courier name nor waybill given.
Afriworld recently moved my worldly possessions from St Francis Bay to CapeTown and I have no words to express how fantastic they were. We had unforeseen weather-related delays but they calmly rescheduled and always at my convenience. Braam was amazing. His teams worked fast and efficiently and he went out of his way to assist me throughout the move. I have no hesitation in recommending Afriworld.
Liberty customer service is shocking. I tried unsuccessfully to solve my problem via their website "MyLiberty" (which incidentally spells "insurance" incorrectly as insurance!); I have also tried phoning. I e-mailed "myliberty@liberty.co.za" on 11 August, 16 August. 24 August and 2 September. Each time I received an automated response with a reference number, but nothing further.
