Altra running shoe disappointment
Disappointed with Atlas Running Shoes After using Asics running shoes, I decided to try Atlas Running shoes, and I deeply regret the decision. The quality is shockingly poor. Immediately after purchasing a pair, I noticed defects that required me to request a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement pair exhibited the same issues, which were clear signs of subpar materials and construction. When I contacted MountCo customer service for a resolution, I had to wait nearly a month, only to have my concerns dismissed. They claimed the issues were not related to quality, which was incredibly frustrating, especially after experiencing the same defect twice. To add to the frustration, the owner responded to my review stating that I was outside of the warranty period, which was completely false. I was well within the warranty dates, but the drawn-out response time from MountCo meant their so-called warranty had "expired" by the time they addressed my concern. This feels like an intentional tactic to avoid honoring their warranty, creating unrealistic terms that do not reflect the actual timeline. It’s disappointing that a brand marketed as high-performance doesn’t take responsibility for their product quality or offer honest customer service. I would not recommend Atlas Running shoes to anyone who values durability or accountability. Save your money and invest in a more trustworthy brand.

Amazing customer service
So impressed with Altra. Not only do they make quality products (even though they are pricey) Their customer service is 100% If you order in their website you get you products in a few days. I had a pair of shoes that had a fault and they happily replaced them without any issues even though I bought them from an outlet and not them directly.

Amazing customer service
So impressed with Altra. Not only do they make quality products (even though they are pricey) Their customer service is 100% If you order in their website you get you products in a few days. Fantastic Altrasales service!
Its true what they say. Once you try Altra shoes, you will never buy anything else. Even the after sales service is outstanding. I've been buying Altra for a few years now. A small flaw appeared on my latest Altra shoes. I contacted Altra to inform them about it, and they replaced the shoes, no questions asked. Now that is fantastic after sales service!

Altra footwear.
I bought a pair of Altra takkies in December 2022 from Altra footwear. Within a month I discovered a defect and emailed Morgan on the 19th of December with some pics. I received a reply later that day that my query will be reviewed and on the 25th of December my replacement pair was delivered. Thank you Morgan for the speedy and excellent service and well done Altra. Kind regards, Eddie Lewis.
