Pargo is the WORST, 2 months with NO solution
Pargo is the WORST delivery company I've ever experienced. They put the wrong waybill on my parcel so the receiver got someone else's parcel. It has been over 2 months and they still have not found my actual parcel. Every time you call you speak to a different person who promises to call back. THEY DONT. There's no consistency. They keep resending the same wrong parcel back and forth but can't tell me what happened to my original parcel. I will NEVER use them again. They never once apologised or gave me a solution. Good luck to anyone who needs any amount of assistance with them.

Amazing customer service
So impressed with Altra. Not only do they make quality products (even though they are pricey) Their customer service is 100% If you order in their website you get you products in a few days. I had a pair of shoes that had a fault and they happily replaced them without any issues even though I bought them from an outlet and not them directly.

Disappointed again
I tried to use burble pic again as they really have decent products but again am disappointed. Their customer service is non existent and I waited nearly two full months for my books to be printed without any indication of when it might be printed or delivered. Every time I phone I was passed around to different people. My books have always taken longer than the promised turn around time.

Terrible Coffee
Bootleggers makes the worst coffee. Every time it's disappointing. The coffee is so expensive and yet they can't seem to get it right.

Perfect service and customer support
I love uCook. Their delivery is consistent. You get to pre pick what meals you want and they are always super tastey. Sometime as with any fresh product there are slight issues but they make it so easy to resolve the issues and always follow up with queries. Amazing customer support. Never feel ignored or **********. Been doing it for a year now and do not plan on stopping.

Editing app is difficult to use and organise and they have no customer service
Although their printing quality is decent their online editing app is difficult to use. As a graphic designer and photographer there is no order to organising the albums if you are wanting to produce more than one photo book. They were also unwilling to do a batch sipping for me as it is "too confusing" and I had to pay three times for shipping to the same location at the same time.
