It's a big ****!!! You need to register, make a payment. You doesn't get your withdrawal money. They all of a sunden you need to pay Tax money for money you didn't even received. They give tou 24 hrs to pay the Tax money or they close your account.
When you rent from this people they take your deposit. Through you out and make up a whole list of things that was not right from the start, we asked them to fix it, but they didn't. Now they deduct it from our deposit. They didn't even give us a chance to clean the place. They rent a trailer and moved our staff for us, although we didn't ask them to. The husband shout at me, and when my husband come to help me, they came out with guns!!
PLEASE DON'T USE THEM!!! THEY ARE BIG ****MERS. IF YOU PAID THE ITEM IN FULL LIKE ON THE CONTRACT, THEY STILL WANT TO OPEN A THEATH CASE AGAINST YOU OR THEY WANT THE ITEM BACK. AFTER I PAID 30k FOR MY IPHONE14.
Very bad service. I lost all my money in a trade because they take to long to approve a payment. I made a payment 8:00 in the morning and by 12:56 the payment was still pending. Very unhappy with the service, I want my money back that I lost. When I try to phone there is no answer.
They transfer money from one account to another without my knowledge. They said they will refund me but they didn't
I borrowed money from Direct axis. Paid the full amount. I have the proof of payments. It's 3 years now. I requested a lot of times to remove it from the credit Burue and they just don't want to do it.
I bought 5 tickets for R1000 from Gold reef city, driving all the way from Pretoria. When we came there the electricity were off. Drive all the way back. I'm cancelling immediately from dotsure and will never use them again. After I paid for 6 months my debit order every month. I took my cat to be sterilized because I thought I will get my money back. After I paid for everything dotsure tells me they don't cover it. For what did I pay then every month.
Im totally disapointed with capitec, will never use them again. There was money in my account and they deside to do a applied setoff. I received a message 08:41 on my cellphone 'An amount was incorrectly credited to your account and has been corrected. We apologise for any inconvenience." It is 13:32 and the money is still not in my account.
