Please avoid ordering from Omninela Medical. I placed an online order to the value of R2,280.00 with Omninela Medical on 26/11/2025. Despite numerous and repeated emails, I have not received any feedback regarding the status of my order, except for one email shortly after my first email query. I was told that the products were on back order and there would be a delay in the delivery date. I am very happy to engage with anyone who is considering legal action against Omninela Medical and their directors. Pity there is no option for a zero star rating!
Excellent post sales customer service from Christina and the friendly warehouse staff when I collected spare parts earlier today. A quotation was sent within minutes of my telephonic enquiry and the same quick response this morning when I collected the parts. World class customer service - please keep it up!
