no stock no refund
its bad enough you took funds from me for an item you don't keep in stock, you've changed my delivery status to refund, please execute the refund, its been a month!

9 months still no refund
you can be dying or seriously ill, if you cant make payment they wont attend to you but if they owe you a refund they can take over 9 months and still have not paid, thank you Waterfall cluster refund department.

ADT net promoter score -76 for a reason
There is a reason why ADT is only ranked 17th on Hello Peter, your net promoter score is sitting at -76. You are rated 1,5 stars out of 5 by 4562 reviews pretty embarrassing for the supposed market leader. Your response time to a review is 18.04 hours but in actual fact this is not true, this is your automated reply response time, nobody ever bothers to actually contact the person who has done the review. I have an issue and I want it sorted out, ADT deducted money from my business account for many years, I want this money paid back, I will not accept your settlement. I'm looking forward to the following automated response.......We take note of your comments above and will once again escalate this to our JHB branch for someone from our Social Media team to call you soonest. What a joke.

ADT ignore reviews, automated responses go unheeded
If you give ADT a bad review they will send you an automated reply like this -We take note of your comments. You will be contacted by our Social Media Officer as soon as possible to discuss further. Kind regards Fidelity-Adt.......but at the end of the day nobody bothers to phone you. It's like buying blankets for the poor in winter, its all just a show and marketing ploy pretending they care. I cant wait for my automated reply again..................

caution billing of a ghost account
People that ADT catch taking from others go to jail but when they take from you they get bonuses. Please return my funds taken erroneously from my account for many years, I will not accept your offer I want the full amount back.

poor accounting practice
Thank you for your final notice of intent to institute legal proceedings, try sending me a statement next time and I will pay the outstanding amount, in this case R125.22. I have never received an account from you and have no idea what this amount is for.

the real *******
ADT have been deducting money from my business account for they say 30 years for an account I do not have and a contract in another name signed by someone else. Their hot shot legal team want to settle on amount total for the last 24 months only and if this is not disgusting enough I stopped the bank stop order and now they have a collections agency hounding me. I cant cancel the contract with ADT because I don't have one. Their so called customer service is completely purposeless and their legal team are geared to help ADT and ***** the customer. All I want is my money back that they *****ulently stole. They are meant to stop the ******* but they are the *******.

warning to anyone wanting to use ADT

don't fly with fishing rods on Kulula
we have always made use of Kulula but no more, my son fishes competitively on the bass fishing circuit, he has always flown with his rods manty times but Kulula decided that flight MN 103 departure 08:05 JHB for CT 9.5.2021 they were going to change this. He was told to leave without his rods and no customer services person would help him. We had to make arrangements to have them collected form OR Tambo at considerable cost. Anybody wanting to fly with rods use another airline, Kulula and their staff just don't care.

USPS nightmare
a warning if you are posting an item using USPS from the US say goodbye to your cash and your item, I purchased an item from the US using Etsy first attempt was 20 May 2020 second attempt 23 September 2020 last recording on the tracking 31 October 2020 almost a month ago. Good luck to anybody trying to follow up with USPS from here on it is not possible.
