I purchased a pair of shoes online. An incorrect size was sent to me. Its been a month now and I am struggling to get a refund. The call centre is impossible to get a hold of. Agents dont respond to emails. Side Step owes me R1899 and it seems I may never get my money back. Please be aware of this store. I have sent numerous emails and its a month mow Unbelievably bad service and a waste of money and time. Stay away from this store of you dont want to lose your money

I have placed an order with Nike.com and its been over a month. Order consisted of 12 pairs of shoes. One pair was delivered. Apparently Nike has separated the order into 3 deliveries. Nike cannot give me an answer regarding the other two deliveries. Nike cannot provide tracking numbers for the other two deliveries. Nike will not refund the money I paid. Everytime I contact Nike, I am told that they will contact me with a response. No response. I managed to locate the CEO - John J Donahoe, Consumer President- Heidi O'Neill, Vice President- Amy Montagne emails addresses and asked for their assistance. Still no response from Nike. I will never purchase from Nike again. Due to Nike's non response, seems like I will never get the items ordered or my money back.
