Bad support
I have been trying to open an account for 8 days but it will not accept my user name etc. In spite of several phone calls, each one a nightmare of transfers to other people and then getting cut off, the problem is yet to be resolved.

Wireless internet
Couldn't get a connection better than 1.5 mbs for a month so resigned. They carried on debiting us for 4 weeks and only stopped when i took them to small claims court. Always a struggle to get help when internet was bad. So good to be rid of them.

Bought a charger in Bayside mall and it did not work. I live 40 kms away so only took it back after 3 weeks.They admitted it was faulty (eventually) but would not take it back because of a 1 week clause. Forget about any warranty from them. Will never buy fro,m them or similar business again.

Very Disappointing
Waste of time. Applied before booking brfore opening date and had to keep asking and was eventually told no booking. Waste of time. Rather go direct to DWNP

Shocking service.
No pharmacist in Clicks Atlantis for 2 days so can't pick up a prescription which has a;ready been made up. Clicks holds the script so can't go elsewhere. So who cares? Not them it seems.

They are rubbish
Ordered an item on 7 October and should have received it in 7 to 15 days. Not received by 20 November and they do not reply to any queries.
