I have to give it to them that their pies are great, but their chips at the restaurant are disgusting. It was oily, still had potato skin on, had a funny sweet taste and tasted like there was not even salt on and they don't offer you more salt. I ended up buying the chips, because it was the only sort off food item my toddler might eat from what they had available in the shop or restaurant. Not very toddler friendly, because I asked if they can provide a smaller portion of chips, but they could not. I asked if they have toddler friendly meals. They only had toasted cheese sandwich not something I have ever bought my toddler at a restaurant which I doubted he would eat. My toddler only ate the chips and 2 naartjies and at 21:15 my toddler vomitted twice and it was all the chips and naartjies coming out. They won't see me again except if it is for a quick stop for pies. Neither myself or my husband felt that the play area was safe for a busy toddler. To many open areas to the road.
I have been waiting for my parcel for 7 days still no parcel. They got my delivery address wrong and the company who send it claims they gave the correct address. It took 4 times that I contacted them to change it. (I hope they changed it.) 4 people promised they will deliver by today. Still no parcel. The reason on the track your parcel said no access. My husband and I where both at home and I phoned security to make sure no one came and they confirmed it. That makes them lairs.
Second time, I am waiting for a parcel from Fastway. First time, they took 7 days to deliver with calling them 3 times or more and the company who send the parcel following up. Second time, 6 days no parcel. Calling them saying they will deliver on Monday. Only got email on Tuesday that they will deliver today, but still no parcel. It went from onboard to East Bay again. They don't answer their phones. One of the couriers put the phone down in my ear. Ridiculous service and definitely slow way not Fastway.
I order food from the UberEats app, because I received an UberEats cash voucher as a gift. I put an order in at Hava Java restaurant in Brentwood through the app. No one had picked up the order 45min later. I phoned the restaurant they said the order has been ready for 30min, but no one has picked it up. Another hour later they call me I told them to cancel the order. Another 20min later I saw a driver Msa went to pick up the order. We never got our order and the money for the order was subtracted from the Uber cash we had.
